The fact that Blizzard spent time and money to kill an 18 year old game that was still going strong is beyond chilling. It's absolutely appalling that we are FORCED to update and kill the game forever even if I bought the game on disc in 2002 and never planned to support the new version.
Internet required to play offline in any form of the game. Downgrading the classic graphics so no shadows, its just mind blowing how bad it looks in classic mode. I unbiasedly hated the new cartoon reforged graphics even before I found out blizzard killed this poor game. I don't like the fortnite style graphics. It looks dated upon release. Nothing impressive at all. It looks like it was a 2014 remaster not a 2020. Graphically I wanted a Spellforce 3 level of realism.
Bugs are another thing but bugs are just a normal these days. They mostly get fixed but only after like months and months. I seriously can't stand how the gaming world turned out. Broken, buggy releases are a norm. Cash grabs are a norm. False advertising is a norm. Low content is a norm. BUT now a new low of killing 18 year old classic games is just the worst. I'm so sad Ill never be able to play WC3 again.
