not too bad.
the weapons are ok. you've got fast firing missiles that do decent amounts of damage. homing missiles, land mines, a cannon that automatically aims at an opponent, a machine gun, and a special weapon unique to each character.
the controls are good. nothing too complicated and if you don't like them, you can change them. the only problem is that you take off to fast. in one level you can go up this thin spiral staircase to get some weapons but doing this is nearly impossible and to make it worse, the enemies only seem to attack you. this was a problem in early car combat games and really hasn't been improved in games like twisted metal head on.
the story is that theres some bad guys known as the coyotes (i think) and there doing something bad so some random people known as the vigilantes need to stop them.
the auto-target thing is good. it follows the nearest opponent effectively.
the music in the main menu is irritating but the in game music is ok.
the vehicle selection is varied. you've got a sports car, dune buggy, jeep, semi truck, and others. sounds familiar, right? you know...TWISTED METAL! at least they didn't put an ice cream truck.
the graphics are good. there better than twisted metal's.
the gameplay is pretty fun but it gets old after a while.
overall this game is overrated but still fun.
