Looks kinda fun, can't think of anyone i know that would like it much though. And beating random strangers online (i wasn't paying much attention, is there online multi?) just doesn't seem as satisfying. Maybe I'll get it used later
Picked up the game today, played a few rounds. I've been a fan for years and Cookie is hilarious in it. Great writing! Great game to play when you have a few friends over.
@theJBlounge Well, I think there are already extra question packs available for download. Before I played the retail version, I played a debug version that had multiple packs already queued up, so I think there are more coming.
As for retail vs. downloadable, I think retail was a pretty good choice. A game like this has wide appeal, and I think you reach more people (especially more casual game fans) on a shelf with "IRREVERENT TRIVIA" on the box art. And while I certainly would have downloaded that, the PC download was around 4 GB, which is a significant chunk of hard drive space.
I loved the PS1 version of the game @Chris_Watters Do you think this game would've served better on XBL/PSN than on the shelf? Also, do you see future episodes becoming available for download? Thanks!
I used to play all the jack games when i was young. It's great to see that they made one for the 360. It's a very fun game!!!
Anyone else have the physical version too, with cards and slap buttons? Here's a link! http://boardgamegeek.com/image/541911/you-dont-know-jack
i've played all the original you don't know jacks. the originals still my fav. love the host from that game. probably picking this one up at some point.
I remember loving the You Don't Know Jack games when I was little. I'm happy they decided to bring it back, and can't wait to play it!
Cool, my review is very similar. And yay for being nr1 on the leaderboards on day 1. no clue what it's up to now though.
@Greykor: Welll.... it can't have been that great if you stopped playing it! I'm kidding, I still have the game myself.
