i loved all wolfensteins games i even got the last one the day it came out. was dissapointed that no one supported it at all
Wow, just finished watching all of BSG and now I hear All Along the Watchtower again... LOL
Awesome trailer! I'll be following this, FOR SURE. Looks EXCELLENT!
This is really Kracken.....lol Im looking forwrd to this. RTCW....was go friggen awesome..it set standards with the PC genre of gaming. ..................If anyone hasnt played it......do that first ..
I might buy this, I was only four years old when Return to Castle Wolfenstein came out, so I never got to play it, but I heard it was great.
I don't trust Bethesda for a good pc game but i hope they help in the process of this game in a way that the end result will be very good. But i am sure that it's not going to be as good as Return to Castle Wolfenstein.
Some strange creative choices in this trailer. Kind of going for a typical action game, then when it freezes frame at the end it feels quite Tarantino / Grindhouse, all of this while Jimi Hendrix is playing. The music really didn't work on this trailer.
Cool trailer, but If they don't make a challenging story, I will not buy it. :/ , all the fps stories now days are too easy, hope this makes a difference.
Not very excited. Don't get me wrong, I was a huge ID fan from way back in the Doom 2 and Quake days, but I need fresh ideas and new IP's.
This looks cool !!!!! But I hope the game answers the question of how the Nazis won WW2 while B.J was still alive and fighting in it after all he is a BADASS. Dont let us down Bethesda !!!!!!!!!!
I'm not holding out hope for this. The Duke Nuke'em reboot failed miserably and this is being made by Bethesda, a company that hasn't met a game yet that they can't sell broken and then patch later.
I have the feeling that we are seeing the scheme all over again. Are we having an over promotion here? How can a game rewrite history with stupid as it seems German robot wars. However the SCRIPT could be interesting.
@JC_AEK4ever Well considering it is on 4 consoles and PC, I can imagine console was more at the forefront of their mind when making it. Like most games.
@crazycracker multi is overrated. The fun is taking on the bad guys alone and winning.
@crazycracker What's wrong with that? Single player is what a game is judged on. MP is just extra.
@bmart970 It's still great...you should be able to find a copy for cheap.
@bmart970 great game, you should play it even now. I´m really pumped about this new game because I played Return to Castle Wolfenstein and it made an impression on me that is still there.
@shivansh_verma are you kidding me i facepalmed so hard wolfenstein WAS THE FIRST FPS
@hopeless007 Wolfenstein has never been about story, it has been about truly competitive FPS before COD destroyed the genre.
@jackson2415 Hey world, this is Jimi Hendrix, you're welcome. That, is all.
@goggles123456 If that's the corniest you've ever seen, I fear for your corny future.
@SkylabOne You forgot about Brink didn't you.....
@Dirk_McHardpeck Well machine games is the developer of this game, Bethesda is only the publisher just like Dishonored was Developed by Arkane Studios and published by Bethesda. I encountered no bugs in my three playthroughs of Dishonored. i.e. these are not the developers behind the bug ridden Skyrim
@nick-nikol I'm sorry, but are you f*cking stupid? last time I checked, games were not required to be historically accurate, no sh*t the game can't rewrite history, but if you think nothing else has taken a historical event and ventured into a different possibility then your stupid. Watchmen is a good example as it ventured to a different outcome of a different war (I think it was the Vietnam war). The point is that video games and movies must create things that do not follow the exact passage of history if they want to sell anything. Normally don't post this kind of comment, but your ignorance managed to get to me...
@nick-nikol don't forget that during WWII the Germans were looking for super weapons that could help them win the war, so the back story of a massive technological leap isn't actually particularly unfeasible
@lingo56 Okay, almost everything.
From the way what you are trying to express shows how stupid you are and not me. But if you cannot the deep meaning of my comment,I am not going to bust my nuts about it. That's my opinion and its final.Who the f.............k told you that video games express the real world,if you take games seriously then you got a problem lol.
Very naive reply.......because the Germans of course were looking for super weapons but anybody can understand that they didn't have an army of superobots like the game is trying to present . In other words if MY GRANDPA WAS A POPE IWOULD BE A...................CARDINAL. Next time think before you write, need gaming experience though...............
@nick-nikol Try learning English dipsh*t, nowhere in my comment did I imply that games are supposed to "express the real world," on the contrary, my post was shooting down that idea because YOUR post implied that that is what you believed. Unfortunately for you, you've only accomplished making yourself sound stupider with that comment, if you were competent enough to effectively use English then you'd realize that in no way have I made myself look stupid, the most I've done is made myself look like an ass since I had to point out your ignorance...
Am not sure if you did read the review but the game is in the 1960s not in the era of WWII and the nazis already won the war, so maybe the nazis got the technological advancements after they controlled europe
