Watch Dogs - Character Trailer
Meet the renegades you'll be crossing paths with in Watch Dogs.
Eh. I may get the game, I plan on it unless it gets terrible, terrible reviews, but most of what I've seen from this game doesn't impress me at all. It's funny now that I read the comments, my reaction is the vice versa from what it usually is. I don't think it looks bad, just not amazing.
Nice. Looks good. From all those other videos about a game I have forgot this game should have a story too.
It's out in 3 weeks and still no xbox 360 footage.
I definitely won't preorder or buy the game until I know what it looks like on xbox 360 as that's what I'd like to play it on.
I tweeted Ubisoft about it and they ignored my tweet.
It's only doing themselves damage.
Not everybody bought a next gen console yet for goodness sake.
cool, but instead of releasing so many trailers and news, u could give us some downloadable demo version... not preordering for sure. I was fooled with mafia II, aint gonna happen again. Btw 'sleeping dogs' was good (except driving).
Wow after watching this trailer I have serious doubts about buying this game. The characters look like typical hollywood stereotypes with no real depth to them. Even CODAW managed to look better with just one character. Here it seems like they're adding characters for the sake of content. Very disappointing, I hope the gameplay can save it.
Not jumping on the hype train. I'll wait for the game to be released. Haven't been reading articles or watching trailers for it at all. Spoils the fresh experience.
The song is 'Can't Kill Us' by The Glitch Mob just in case you were wondering.
Looks good, can't wait
I'm still going to get this but the thing that makes me SMH is the fact they announce DLC before the game is out. Dev's need to cut that shit out it's going to get out of hand, if it hasn't already.
@kalipekona The tension is too much
@quinnd6 If you are developing a new game, aiming specially to the new generation of consoles, logically older platforms will look "worse", and the user MUST understand it.
@quinnd6 Probably because it doesn't look very good.on 360. There was enough of a stir about how it looked on PS3 compared to the initial PC footage.
I don't expect it will look any worse than what you're used to on 360 though.
@kik4444 to hell with the finals.. we both know it
@crashmer Wait til the reviews come out & make a decision. It's hard to judge how much character development there will be from a short trailer like that. I thought they looked like interesting characters though, time will tell.
@crashmer when that character is a two times Oscar winner you really can't compare it to anything else.. just sayin.
People make way too much of the whole "cross generation" thing. It all depends on how the developer goes about making the game. There is nothing about cross generation development that says a game HAS to be handicapped due to it being made for last gen consoles as well.
Tell me specifically what you think is lacking in the PC/PS4/XB1 versions of the game relative to other next gen games? As far as I can tell it looks amazing and is very dense with NPCs and traffic and dynamic stuff going on. The visuals are up there with the best we have seen, even compared to exclusives. What do you think would be better if they weren't making versions for the PS3 and 360?
@Pelezinho777 6GB ram is nothing...Ram is cheap.. like.. really cheap.. i got 16GB DDR3 Corsair.. so.. im really surprised if you dont got atleast 8GB as a PC gamer :)
@liquidbutter *spoilers* Aiden has a pet goat!
I'm a big fan of The Glitch Mob (especially their Drink the Sea album), so it was nice to hear this.
It got out of hand since Oblivion's Horse Armor. This deal keeps getting worse all the time.
@uniqetecknique Going to get out of hand? it is out of hand already...just look at Dragon Age 1&2.....absolutely insane the amount of crap there was day one...
@bbq_R0ADK1LLThey never showed it on ps3 either. I'm guessing you mean ps4.
@kalipekona It's just...I'm not into all that fancy graphics stuff. What I'm wondering is that if something which was released almost 10 years ago can run this game (like ps3 or 360) and I want those settings (like low textures etc. because I dont want to sacrifice frames for better looks) why do I need latest hardware for those settings? I don't want to argue with you guys, you are all very right. It's just, this quite logical question I'm asking...
RAM is pretty much the easiest & cheapest upgrade you can get for a PC as well. I got 16GB @ 1866MHz a couple of years back to future proof myself & it didn't cost much more than if I went for 8GB.
