Spot on really, but I'll elaborate a little. It's a good game with some great elements; the writing, music, art and the skill system are all very good. Sadly though it is held back by some fairly big negatives. The game is short, extremely linear and has an awful save system, all things that fans of strategic RPGs tend to look out for.
The toolset could make up for this somewhat, but the engine is so built towards linearity (the save system and the way you progress through each level) that I'm unsure it's possible to even make a non-linear module for it. I hope I'm wrong though, as that's something that could potentially completely ruin the whole point of the game for many people who could otherwise overlook flaws in the included campaign.
