Thank you guys, for addressing the elephant in the room and MS obviously delaying this version. Respect achievement gained.

This game is in the clouds, as in latency in a lot of matches is sky high.  If a player with way higher ping than everyone else joins a match it usually ruins it for me.  I get data bursts of damage that come out of nowhere or im miles around the corner and down a hallway before I register damage from when I was back at that same corner.  Same for melee, I be miles away but not to the other guy and a simple boot kick still downs me.  Its these little things that ruin this on PC, its a PC game that thinks its a console game.  Have to use tokens or something on PC, Origin EA crap, to even connect to the cloud servers and then have to wait through some horrendous load times because again the cloud servers suck to high heaven!  PC online play needs to be on dedicated servers period and Microsoft's cloud servers are not dedicated since I cant choose what location I play on, its chosen by the system and I get matched with any random fool and there is no regional block either.

Should I buy this on the Xbox 360 or wait until I will likely be getting a Xbox One in July or August to buy this game?

@D1N02982 Right now there are some good deals to buy the Xbox one with Titanfall bundled.  So if you really want an Xbox One in general on top of Titanfall and you have the money to buy it, its tax season so a lot of shoppers should have that refund burning their pockets, go for it.  Other wise if you are not an xbox person in general and only are doing this for the game then just buy the 360 version.  The only difference would be visuals.  The game play and such is the same from what I have seen, the AI is controlled externally on the cloud.  its your choice.  However, I play it on PC and can tell you that it has some glaring issues, its very limited in terms of game modes and weapons, plus the matches can get laggy like COD laggy.  After a while it will become repetitive, there are no extensive customization options outside loadouts and gender.  A good review of these issues is on the Angry Joe show on youtube.
