this game looks great when is it coming out? to bad you cant stick to things with some special boots or something this would be cool for snipers.
Looks incredible, but unfortunately I believe balancing problems will hinder the experience. At least for a bit.
Was planning on building a PC for gaming. Now, it has become an objective with the stupid must connect on the Internet with the XBox One and the pay for multi with Sony. Looks like PC is the way to go for those new games. Not to mention that the exclusivity only apply between console. lol
you have to give them credit they came to e3 and brought what people care about and that's the multiplayer and its looking like a killer app for xboxone
Come ON, Gamespot. Doesn't matter from where you try, Watch Dogs is THOROUGHLY broken, link-wise. And I have to assume that's the MOST interesting one for folks...
The ONLY thing that Xbox One has going for it. This looks amazing. I am praying the PS4 eventually gets it. If not, I'll get it on the 360 version...
I don't know - there's something about Titanfall that gives the feeling of what life was like before the Liandri Mining
Corporation set up their Tournaments. ;)
Hate to say it because I wasn't expecting to like any Xboxone exclusives....but this was the biggest WOW game of E3 for me. I might just get it for PC though.
Don't get me wrong, this game looks like it could be a lot of fun. But I think it doesn't look as next gen as some of the other launch titles for PS4 and Xbox One. It just looks way too much like Black Ops 2. ( Talking about the animations, scoring system and the aesthetic style.) And the lack of a decent campaign just makes it worse IMO. My guess is that Titanfall will be a max 7.0 game when it launches.
In the article below the devs claim that there is a possibility of Titanfall coming to PS4 eventually.
My prediction is that this game is gonna come to PS4 at a later stage. Kinda like what happened with Bioshock and Mass Effect. In the meantime I'll get the PC version :)
Looks alright and does have something of CoD 4 about it but it's decidedly not as next-gen as Killzone: Shadowfall or Destiny which in my opinion have had the strongest fps showings of E3. Killzone looks like a Crysis sequel done right and somewhat rival Crysis 3 on high and ultra settings on P; I'd argue it's the best looking next-gen game. Destiny looks to be another fine showing by Bungie who have thankfully broken away from the restraints of the Halo universe for a new ip that looks utterly compelling.
I'm aware a lot of you will be backing Battlefield 4 but both visually and gameplay-wise if you remove the marginal improvement of destruction it looks like a Battlefield 3 mod to me and no more impressive than what Battlefield 3 already is. DICE should have announced another Bad Company entry or a 2142 sequel with Bad Company being stronger than the main franchise in my opinion, underwhelmed big time by BF4.
After the critical panning that the SP usually gets with CoD they might as well just go online only. They won't, but when about 99% of game time goes into the online you do have to question the motivation to craft a cutting edge SP experience.
Great concept and looks like fun. It would be cool if 2 of those mech's could then get into and power a larger mech. With other player's controlling it's back mounted artillery or arm cannons. What you will then have is a epic battle of Titans. Guess we'll have to wait for Battlefield:2143 or the new Star Wars Battlefront
@Phooey442 Wise words. Wise words indeed. Possible potential problems with gamey stuff that game creators can't possibly imagine will clearly be its downfall.
@Atragon Yep. Because no one plays Halo. And no one wants to play Below, or Dead Rising 3, or Project Spark, or D4. Nope. Titanfall is it. Thank god you're here to make it all clear.
@Atragon In my opinion the games for the PS4 were pretty lackluster to say the least.
@Kieren-_- yea they have confirmed that it will release in the same day as consoles
@taner_123 i'm sure it will come out on ps4 later on down the road ea picked up respwan so i'm sure ea will bring it out on ps4 later on
I agree its happened in the past and most likely it will happen for this game too..
@rad8045 and on 360
@rad8045 no, its not ...didn't you hear it also come on PC?
An we all know what real gaming platform for kings is =]
@dienalplz apparently the "story" is integrated into the multiplayer.
@HipHopBeats no... BF4 + mechs = WE DAMN WELL BETTER SEE A 2142 SEQUEL... SOOOOOON! lol Titanfall looks nothing like BF4.
@HipHopBeats Call Of Duty + mechs = Titanfall looks nothing like bf4 with compact arena maps like those it looks more like Call Of Duty Hypbrid
Kids. This game is Hybrid of SHOGO (fps + mechs part) and Mirrors Edge (location movement) ...and maybe KillZone.
CoD? buhaha ...there is nothing cod realted here, this game looks good, not like cod shit.
Game is as i sad a copy of SHOGO, go and check it out, nothing new but its good they start to use old solid ideas.
@HipHopBeats ++++ KillZone
@ScarabParamit @KustomCulture @HipHopBeats hahaha calm down no need to drop your testies at me just from what i saw in the footage i saw thats what it reminded me of if i had played SHOGO i would have referred it to that as well simply was my first thoughts and that i didn't think it looked like bf3 to me from first impressions the closest i thought was call of duty arena like maps which made it closer to call of duty but all in all i will check out this SHOGO you speak of and give it a twirl :) thanks for the info as a fellow gamer given info in a game i'm always down to give it a try :) cheers
