He's right (for ACII). After playing the game all the way through, and being as knowledgeable as I am witht he bible and other mythic lore, the game is very intriguing. There is only one bug I found, and that is doing 2 or 3 multiple assassinations after a smoke bomb for the no hitter trophy. Other than that, this game was a tremendous improvement over AC1. Ubisoft tackled most of the the problems directed at the game over the internet and did a good job of it. The new tactics and abilities are fun to mess around with. The enemies are also alot smarter and harder. I guarantee you will enjoy this game if you sorta liked AC1 but dissaproved of the story line and repetitive gameplay.
It's your loss, no mercy. assassins creed 2 is probably the cleanest game I have every played and the story is very intriguing. So much to do and so many hours of game play, it's going to go down as one of the best games ever made. Check the reviews, the critics and users don't lie. Sure AC 1's story line was so so but you're really missing out on the sequel.
Stay away from this game. I have never seen a game with so many bugs ( I am talking about assassins creed 1). The graphics are the best I have ever seen, I have to give the game that but the story line is lame, trying to read anything on your t.v. is almost impossible. I have finished one and will not be playing 2. Both these Ubisoft games will be heading to game stop to get pawned tomorrow. Not for me.
This week on PSN Store looks awesome! I am getting the PS1 classic,Resident Evil 2. Its looks awesome and i can't wait to download it.
For Assassin's Creed series, I would say stick to the Console version. You really need a powerful hardware to render the people and cities. PSP is just plain weak and once you are at the roof top you basically only see a bunch of mist. Xbox 360 or PS3 you can see the entire city streets with people clearly even when you are at the top of a tower.
Well, I never played the original or the sequel, yet I still was interested enough to buy it. I like it in spite of the crappy reviews GS and IGN gave it. Though, maybe the reason I like it is because unlike the reviewers, I have no point of reference. I don't know how "stripped-down" it is, or what bugs it contains compared to its console counterparts. I like it for what it is; a stealth/hack-n-slash hybrid.
assassin creed bloodline will be accepted by the people who have an interest in it from the beginning
At least... it's not going to happen this year. I'm sure when the PS2 stops selling they will do it. Anyways, I have a PS2 as well as a backwards compatible PS3, I could care less.
@Uriachi First off, PSP is pretty much a failure in comparison to the PS2 and the PS3 as well as being a portable gaming machine (not a true CONSOLE). That's why they offer the option to buy PSP games and transfer them to the PSP from your PS3. I have the PS3 with backwards compatibility and that's why there is a PS2 memory card save option (not because they plan on releasing ps2 games on the PS network). I don't see how I'm wrong about anything... I think you are misinterpreting PS2 emulator in future PS3 consoles with PS2 games being sold on the PS network... never going to happen.
@MxAa - you're right dude. or may be they were planning for remastering those PS2 games, just like GOW Collection to earn more bucks hahaha... just a wild guess i think so.... :P
@MxAa You are wrong. the psp is in stores, also in psn for sale, have you visit, the psn store?. Sony is making an ps2 emulator for the ps3. the reason that 2 usb ps3 doesn't play ps2 games is because they had to take a chip out of the ps3 so they can sell it alittle bit more cheaper, and the reason the it does play the ps one game is because the ps3 as a psone emulator that run the game, so it software that cost them nonthing. have you been in the ps3 mean menu? there is a ps2 memory save space. at less they thought about there fans and owner and didn't kill the ps2 console and games when the ps3 came out. like microsoft kill the original xbox when the xbox 360 was out. forcing them to buy the 360 which i did. gamestop don't take original xbox game anymore. but they still do for ps2 and gamecube games. :P
ps2 games will not be on ps3 network for one reason... the ps2 CONSOLE is still selling in stores. There are still ps2 games being made. Look at gamespot, there is STILL a PS2 section. Why do people keep asking this obvious question?
pretty cool! AC2 rulez! much better than the first, its what the first should have been. Loving it up to now though, not finished it thus far though, I think I'll actually finish this episode without the overhaul of boredom that hit me whilst playing the first. A little late but yeah, good job Ubi :)
For the first two days, AC: Bloodlines was broken, you could download it but not play it. It has been fixed now, but the people who already bought it haven't received their money back to be able to download the corrected version. Major f***-up by SONY on this digital release, especially painful in the PSP Go's first days!
Smash Cars reminds me of Excite Truck. Might try it out. And @POPEYE1716: Me too. *final jeopardy music plays*
