The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - 35 Minute Gameplay Demo
Take a look at this 35 minute gameplay demo of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
This is the first time I have been impressed by this game. I hope the stuttering is due to Gamespot's video player. If the game is smooth on PS4, I will absolutely buy that version, otherwise it will be a PC purchase. Please release this game now.
Me playing a Witcher game.
*Chooses a dialogue*.... Oh wait wait no no that's not what I wanted. Reloads previous save game.
*Chooses the other dialogue*... Oh damn, that's even worst, Reload previous save game.
*Chooses original dialogue*... Alright, I guess.
Now let's talk to this other dude. Pressure pressure pressure.
*Chooses a dialogue*.. No! That's awful. Reload previous save game, damn it I forgot to save!
Minutes later, I'm sweating, exhausted, back of my neck is stiff, dehydrated, stressed and I still haven't fought anything.
-20% because I own The Witcher 1 and 2? You're making me feel like I'm stealing from you.
Just take my Orens! Take em all!
I tried to like The Witcher, but I can't - professional monster slayer.. Please, turn down all the fantasy non-sence..
Looks dark, wet, murky and dirty. Gritty, grotesque. beautiful and breathtaking all at once.
Take my money.
Can't wait to play this in ultra setting on my gaming PC!! Seeing this video only makes me want it even more!!! It already looks well polished before it's release. Oops, got to wipe the saliva from my keyboard...
This game looks amazing , and yes this demo is extended version of previous teaser gameplay . It was running on PC with controller .
Finally, a detailed gameplay trailer! Everything looks, works and sounds amazing (especially the music while in combat), but the voice-acting is slightly annoying.
Wish Johnny hadn't got his voice back, I'll ensure that when I play the game.
Hell no I'm not watching 35 minutes of the game - c'mon that's "spoil the fun" territory! Little snippets here or there are one thing, but Witcher is too full of epic story for me to want much of a sneak peak
The stuttering, clunky animations need to be addressed. If the guys working on Assassins Creed can produce smooth, flowing animations, then surly CD Project Red can.
Otherwise it's absolutely stunning. Can't wait!.
Oh look, another medieval hack and slash.
Who are you people that never tire of this ultra played out genre?
I look forward to watching this to see if there's any interface footage. One of the greatest mysteries of Witcher 1 -> 2 was the apparent lobotomy CDPR experienced in regards to interface design. I hope they sorted that out.
@MustSeeMelons I tried to like Lord of the Rings but I can't. Dwarves, elves, magical rings, angels, orcs. Please, those aren't real. The same thing happened with a A Song of Ice and Fire, and every science fiction, fantasy book and movie ever made.
I just can't put up with all the non sense.
I like real things, like The Real House Wives, Dance Moms, Honey BooBoo and 50 Shades of Grey.
I also hate to sleep, my dreams are so unrealistic. I like my dreams to be a regular 9-5 working day, with my boss dropping by my cubicle to blur out passive aggressive comments. And then when I wake up, I can finally enjoy the reality of life that I have been dreaming about throughout the night.
My life is very fun, it really is, I never contemplate suicide when I stare too long in the mirror.
@Pelezinho777 It was always like that. The choices we choose from are the thinking of Geralt. Like in real life, we can't really say exactly what is on our mind, so does Geralt. It will always be something very close or related to the option choose, but sometimes you may be caught off-guard, thinking you'll say something but he is actually thinking something else.
Pay attention to the story to evade that :P
Season pass please, I will buy any and all content long live the Witcher series. Finishing it off strong well played CDPR
@BrahManDude Yeah, really grotesque.
@AnNiHiLaTor808 This is when you know your company is so ethical and fair that even pirates look down on people who pirate CDPR products.
Remember The Witcher Enhanced Edition. Most people would've resold the whole thing. Not them, you had previously bought it, you just went on ahead and downloaded the Enhanced Edition for free.
@AnNiHiLaTor808 Good job at screwing companies/people out of deserved money. Scumbag.
@xantufrog I stay away from over-saturating any game I've got personal hype for.
@vadagar1 I know right. If this is console footage.. hot damn!
Try harder please :D
@Sevenizz Honestly, why do you bother sounding stupid? Is it an attention thing, masochism, low self esteem?
@Sevenizz I have no idea where u blasphemy begins and where your heresy ends
@Sevenizz ^^ Look everyone this guy things The Witcher 3 is a Medieval hack and slash ^^
@orbit991 Well in fairness to skyrim they were still limited by last gen consoles. Generally in design they start with what a console can handle as the base which effects what they do even on PC. Which is why in this game you can already see bigger areas, crowds and cities simply b/c the consoles now are stronger so that also translates over to the PC.
That said modded Skyrim looks amazing even while compared to this, it doesn't have the same scale due to limitations mentioned above but the detail is great with the proper mods.
Yeah its nice to see CDPR tackle a large urban area again, - I thought they did a really good job on Vizima in TW1, but the sequel was more about backwaters and ruins.
@streamline A place where it serves both...ahem...
@yoda101280 @orbit991 They could have made the cities bigger in Skyrim, AC did it, no reason they couldn't have, even Witcher 1 had a larger city, also even Oblivion had much better cities. It's just the old school way Bethesda scales things, along with bad voice acting with 10 people doing all the voices. Having said this I also absolutely enjoy Skyrim to this day, Just reached the 255 mod limit a couple days ago and had to start merging esp's, so yea it's still a great game and with ENB fx it's still quite stunning looking. I just would like them to up their game a bit next time.
