The last Walking Dead said our decisions would affect the game. I tried all combinations and ending was still the same. Not that I didn't like the story. It was just linear. Guess it was just like real life. Free will? Who are we kidding?
This huge variation from editors commented here pitted against Metacritic and user's score made me think twice of their reviews. Ever since they gave an 8 in Last of Us I knew this site couldn't be trusted. I'm taking my chances in IGN
i bought it but never played it.
Looks interesting I love the walking dead & its great to see comics that transform into games that actually become successful.
It's kind of odd that they're making an additional episode for season 1 rather than starting season 2, but maybe it'll act as a prologue of sorts.
Wait, wait... if this is DLC for season one, does that mean we have to buy it separately? Or will those of us who bought the season pass get this for free?
This is propabably a parallel storyline to the Lee and Clem storyline, and are tied together at the end of this episode.
Remember the two travelers in the distance at the end of the last episode? Could it be two survivors from this 400 Days episode?
My question is, I wonder about the fate of Christa and Omid?
Looks interesting enough to hold me over until the second season is released. I think it's a good idea to bridge the seasons with one episode, hopefully it all goes together well, and of I hope the second season will continue Clementine's story and everything.
Lee and Clem are still travelling together at this point.
The apocalypse is ONLY JUST STARTING in this DLC. Notice the surprise prisoner reactions and the passing of time at the gas station. You also see one of the Cancer Survivors there too.
@layhoma2004 This is not the first time gamespot gave a high rating to game that is lame and a bad rating to a game that was awesome. It's better to rely on the ratings of users that actually played the game and also look at other game review sites.
@Double_Wide Free if you have at least one episode.
@Atheosis watch it again and pause it at 1:02.
@tomascazzi This is an episode for Season 1. She will return in Season 2, Telltale has said so
@gabrielstilistu This is an episode for Season 1. She will return in Season 2, Telltale has said so
@WTA2k5 I take what I said back, Telltale said that your choices from Season 1 effect 400 Days and your choices in 400 Days effect Season 2, so they are connected in some way or another.
Nevermind, did a quick google search and answered my own question. Telltale has a small FAQ page for this game that you can check out, if you're interested.
@alexbartle Thats part of the fun
@XxWarLordxX502 Oh noes we gots a troll here
Why? Because it's not a super Rambo shooter with a gazillion shinny cool weapons?
Go back to playing CoD if you don't like it.
how are lee and clem still traveling together? that's not how mine ended
@vault-boy Well Lee died! And after i passed it and seen it i realised nothing mattered ( all those storyline stuff ,what i did , who i fed and chosen my words) I HATE THEM 4 that and .... That is a best way to tell some 1 not to buy next episodes! Just say'n...
@Greyfeld That's the first time I've needed to enter my birthdate for a FAQ
@Greyfeld Thanks for the link, good info there :)
@Greyfeld Thanks for the link!
@Greyfeld good work
@R4gn4r0k @swantn5 @blasterchief @Double_Wide
steam wants 5 euro for that dlc. so its not for free or maybe im just stoopid . lol
@TheMolotovSoup @vault-boy But some characters survive no matter your choices. If your choices effected them, it might affect S2. Even if it doesn't, it was a great experience, and 400 Days is a great way to bridge the 2 seasons.
If you don't like it, fine. But they didn't tell anyone not to buy more episodes, you chose it because you didn't wan't him to die.
