Hm, why not mention Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory and Person of Interest? That's the closest you can get.
I've watched some Person of Interest and now know why people keep mentioning it: Ubisoft practically RIPPED Watch Dogs from Person of Interest. The way objects are highlighted and the way information is displayed by the camera system - tell me Watch Dogs isn't ripping that! If you watch the intro of Person of Interest, you'll also notice that there's a man at about 16 seconds in, holding a gun, a mask/bandanna, and a baseball cap, who looks like - guess who, guess who: Aiden Pearce. Surprise! - but not really.
Bioshock? Hacking?! Are you fucking kidding me?! You might as well have selected Skyrim. "Well, I'm just going to hack this door with my lockpick!"
Honestly , I don't know why Deus Ex: HR wasn't included in the list - I mean, if you're going to include -HACKING-. *rolling eyes*
Watch dogs want to do a business like GTA V and that is the reason they postponed thei game, increasing interest level in Gamers............. [LEAKED NEWS].................. There is no problem in the game everything is correct and the DELAY is just a PLAN!
bioshock's hacking system was broken,
more often than not, they just gave things impossible to solve, every possible angle was blocked out, leaving no possibility to even try.
it was a good game, but come on, the hacking seriously sucked hard
Card game recommendation: Android:Netrunner. It is literally a card game about hacking. And it is amazing.
Have they done "The Waiting Game MGS V" yet? Watchdogs died for me when it was delayed to allow AC4 to succeed, I mean fail. Too many games to draw my attention in the Spring time. Dark Souls 2? UBISOFT had there chance.
This would make an interesting romantic comedy premise.
Boy sees girl
Boy googles girl
Boy checks Facebook
Boy hacks email
Boy hacks phone
Boy hacks bank accounts, drivers licence, records her personal activities.
Boy manipulates city so that she ends up in trouble and he rescues her.
Boy gets girl
I'm shunning Ubi these days and will Definitely read user reviews before buying this uber-hyped game.
Well Ubisoft, my PC is ready for you to throw your best at it. Now release it already. "Next Gen" games were all a bust, they should've released it anyways. I don't know what they were afraid of.
Syndicate going FPS was unbelievably disappointing, but I suppose they took a bullet for XCOM, still a massive shame.
Watchdogs is too hyped, I feel its just assassins creed with a mobile. its not really bringing any thing unique. But again I am prone to be always against the main stream.
@Rachit1 I thought they had extended the deadline to only Jan/Feb, but when I checked again I noticed it was not going to be released earlier than June 30 I decided I'm not going to buy it. It's interesting, but it's not going to hold my interest that long.
@Blackburn123 Perhaps they are delaying it so they can work out what profits are to be made by monitoring pre-orders... Also add to the fact an opportunistic time to release a game (out of the way of other AAA titles). Wouldn't be the first studio to do that, I'm sure.
@Blackburn123 Yes, and it was going to release only after 1 month, so they did not wanted to affect their sales.
you are rite. i was so exited about the game and when they delayed it it made me so mad after all waiting so i will wait any buy it used. not going to let these company's play me like a fool
Yeah, many in previous comments, including me, agree :) Still it is hard to put all of them in a short show
@Gadeos and yet the last one got a 9
@Korvus85 maybe that's because it's so repetitive. it's fine in the beginning, but then it just becomes a repetitive grind-fest.
@DigiRave I enjoyed it =) Don't really think they could have done much more with it, to be honest.
