The coolness of the dwarfish architecture is countered by the lameness of the graphics for the lava flows. The designers could have taken a cue from the lava screen saver that came bundled with the now-ancient ATI Radeon 9800 Pro GPU.
I don't play this game, but if it wasn't for Moria in the books of Tolkien, we wouldn't have dungeons in games, plain and simple.
Yeah i'm not sure about the new classes ... why bother adding another melee class? It had 1 main tank and a whirlwind glass cannon in it already
XD I freakin' love the VA who plays Gandalf. He and Ian McKellan got the voices just right. That voice actor's pretty much set for as long as LotRo keeps going. I agree with masterfarticus, I never thought I'd hear Gandalf say "rated T for Teen." Looks amazing though! Can't wait!
Hi companion Brown! Well to be honest I was expecting it more spectacular but will no doubt add much to the gameplay. But generally the location selected (Moria) does not enthusiasm me much. I can't wait for Roan-Mirkwood and Gondor to be released!
This looks like dungeoneering of the grandest proportions. If it's as sinister as dungeon keeper or overlord I'ld definitely approve. Most game producers always make us evil guys look like we're the bad people. When it's actually boy bands, religions, and Disney that is ruining the world. They've just got no heart.
looks kinda cheesy. I know they didn't get the LOTR Lience or whatever, but still, it doesn't look like what was in the movies, or what I pictured in the book, but everyone has a way of seeing things differently, and because it is based off of the LOTR as a whole, I'm sure the game will be great never the less.
