The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword gameplay video demonstrates puzzle elements from the GameSpot Comic-Con 2011 live show demo.
Did you enjoy this video?
I don't think Zelda ever had a certain characteristic when it comes to graphics, because it has changed with almost every game.
@iHarlequin I disagree, but that's me. It would make me happier to see a Zelda game with graphics like Ocarina of Time. In fact, after I watched the "demo version" of Zelda for the Wii U, I'm hoping that's the kind of graphics Nintendo will use for their next Zelda (after Skyward Sword). I still enjoy the past Zelda games (even Wind Waker), and I look forward to Skyward Sword, but I'm hoping they won't stick to that kind of look.
@Bobmcfree The Legend of Zelda never was a gritty game. Sure, we've had Majora's Mask and even Twilight Princess, but 'gritty' never was its characteristic. Neither was mature. It's still a game about a boy who explores caves and dungeons, and Skyward Sword is looking better than any past version as far as that goes.
Skyward sword is the reason wii motion pluses are being sold again
its a huge improvement from twilight princess although it was pretty good as well
ZELDA is pure GOLD in three pieces.
I'm kinda skeptical about this game. I wish the graphics/color/drawing was solid. The look kinda reminds me of Zelda: Wind Waker. I hope the Zelda for the Wii U is hard core, kinda like Ocarina of Time. Skyward Sword's environment looks empy and not very detailed. I hope I'm wrong or that at least the plot is really good and the gameplay and weapons have variety and tension.
The colors are very rich. Nice harp jingle too.
When the video ended I let out a loud "FFFUUUUUUUUUUUU", it was so sudden!
I hope there will be lefty support
I love the new Zelda jingle.
I love those destructible spider webs. Those look very nice :3
This game is gonna be awesome
Puzzle action is very refreshing :)
