i am dumping KOF series once it turned to 3D KOF = 2D only

They could've used 3D but made it look like a side scroller like Trine etc. Using 2D sprites is just not that of a useful idea, since you can't have much variation with the environment. Moreover, it's a rather waste of time and resources going back to C++ and AIR .

@Gelugon_baat I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing. As a matter of fact, it gives the Japanese an extra edge, and many people (including myself) are deeply impressed by this attitude, that despite being an extremely advanced country, most Japanese prefer to answer in their own language.

Mmmh, don't know really. I bought Blaz Blue recently and didn't like it as much as I expected, even though it looks and plays fantastic. Sound wise it's a bit annoying. Not my kind of fighting game, I suppose. KOF XII looks a bit more appealing to me. It's just a personal matter: I prefer games like SF, DOA or KOF.
