just like sony to wait for nintendo to do something first just to make sure people will like it. Nintendo is always one step ahead when it comes to innovation.
personally myself am not that interested in 3d games. its old tech 3D and didnt work be4 surprised to see it come back again. i dont like the idea of playing games in 3D not unless its bigger than wearing some glasses.
Show some gameplay. I hate how these video game companies show trailers advertising games that don't even show how it plays.
it would of been cool to have the option of customization on any weapons but regardless if it doesnt I'll still buy the game killzone ROCKS!!!!!!
The technology Nintendo is using for its 3DS is fine for a small handheld but would never work on a larger tv because the viewing angle is too small (anyone not sitting directly in front of the tv wouldn't see the effect). The only practical way for multiple viewers to view 3D from a single screen (like a tv in your living room) is for everyone to be wearing their own pair of glasses. Companies like Sony, Samsung and Panasonic all realize that people are turned off by the glasses, but there's currently no other way to do it. Creating a 3D effect for one viewer at a time is one thing. Creating it for multiple viewers is a whole other challenge.
All these slides dates are all over the place, as if this translator wasn't hard enough to follow lol
TGS was awesome this year. Final Fantasy versus XIII was a suweet tease, Castlevania looks tite, Emo May Cry was meh..., and Gran Turismo became more awesome-err. I guess Sony seriously pushing 3D everythingl. I think 3D would be so much more successful if people can actually afford 3D TVs.
too long of a video for 'monotonous interpretation.' Too bad I really wanted to see what they had to say... maybe I should just learn Japanese.
Until Sony or any company can create an affordable 3DTV that does not require glasses, I won't get into it. I mean it's going to be a significantly expensive product to get into probably for the next 4 years (give or take).
It's too bad that 3D hardware won't sell, until it becomes more mainstream and most importantly affordable. I suspect that Samsung is going to come with their own 3D TV at an affordable price. They tend to have high quality hardware at a great price.
Hey Sony! How about a PSP that can do 3D without glasses like the 3DS or start making affordable 3D HDTV that do not require glasses?
