Honistly why do people think there needs to be a new Xbox360 console? We just released a refresh thats miles ahead of the PS3 system in terms of features, and design, now the investors want MS to announce a new console after they just rebuilt and fixed 90% of their problems with the Xbox360 with the new S model? Microsoft already confirmed another 4 years of Xbox360 support and that they have no plans to announce a Xboxc360 replacement untill year 3........... they announced this at E3 pres show live on Spike........... Plus with a new dashboard update and other features coming vary soon it would be foolish to announce a new platform and end up competing with your self for about 4 years. Thats lost revinue, and extreme cost issues. MS never dose that, not once have they tryed to fight their own stuff with their newer stuff, thats what MACs/Apple, and Sony do. I bet you anything that all this rumor crap about a Xbox was started by the same lamo investors who want MS to split their XBL devision so they can speculate on the price some more. Stock broker wannabies like Gamespot here need to stop fallowing the same investors who got us into this damn recesion in the first place.

I don't get this with jap games when they can't or won't release them at the same time all over. Even Daemon Souls had that issue, Europe got that like 6months later than north america, pissed me of alot.

@Mariner32 I disagree Mass Effect has made a huge leap if you ask me. The ability to play a game trilogy and have choices effect the whole series is amazing to me and a huge leap in story/game play. AI I agree with nothing much has changed to much. Although when the first FEAR game was released I thought the AI was amazing at the time. The ability for the AI to not come head on but back track and end up behind you was shocking to me and caught me off guard the first few times it happened.

Call me crazy, but graphics don't matter to me anymore. I'd be completely fine if they stayed at Xbox360/PS3/WiiU levels. Gameplay, AI, and story are really what matter anyway, and I've yet to see those aspects of gaming take any leaps forward since the days of the N64. Steps maybe, but not anywhere near the same leaps and bounds as graphics tech.

Graphics like avatar are not possible within the next-gen! But FF13-2 looks amazing, I have chosen my january purchase.

Woah FF13 - 2 looks amazing every new video I see. In regards to the new Xbox successor, the graphics should be updated to an extremely new level. If they can pull of graphics like Avatar for every game or graphics like the cutscenes on FF13 for the full games, it will be an extraordinary feat.

I know there were quite a few haters regarding FFXIII, but I enjoyed it, except for that annoying, albeit cute, Vanille. I'm going to get FFXIII-2 game for sure, but I'll probably running my PC ragged with Skyrim. Oh well, just have to dust off my console when I remember where the door out of Narnia...err...Skyrim was. Stupid wardrobe...
