I wonder whether multiple enemies will exhibit "team AI" that allows them to flank, use complementary weapons etc., or whether the devs will just concentrate on making individual enemies smart. Either way, it's commendable that they're taking the AI seriously! I wish more game developers would follow suit.
I wish I knew how to make games. I would Re-make Zaxxon in the same vein as this game. This looks great!
now this was what i was talking about with sony having innovative and fresh ip's, while microsoft is just playing it very very safe. this game looks really fun and different, all the animations are super crisp and no framerate drops from what i saw, can't wait to actually see how it feels in my hands!
Never been much for these space shooters, though I've always WANTED to like them, and I have fond memories of Galaga in the arcade.
But I think this will be the first one I really make a strong effort to play to completion. I like that it has some story to it and I really like how it controls and plays. I also really like the Robotech/Voltron type feel to it and the portrait of your pilot talking, even more amusing is the portrait of the aliens controlling the other ships.
Very cool, I will buy this game.
