"a range of real-world vehicles, a mix of muscle cars, street racers and exotics, described as "the wildest selection of cars yet" -wikipedia............AGAIN. =p
"The driving model of the game has been described as "deep, physical and fun", not as arcade-styled as the Burnout series and Hot Pursuit, but far from a simulator" -wikipedia
"The cars can be altered with performance upgrades and visual upgrades, such as paint colors, wheels, suspensions, engine, nitrous, and bodywork (body kits)" -wikipedia.com on NFSL Most Wanted
I'd have to admit that i'm a bit scared with this Most Wanted. Not sure if there's a story behind this one, like the old one. Also what have me scared, will we be able to tuned our cars. I'm not saying that Criterion will totally destroy the name, just that, like "Lukasfv" said the game looks like Burnout, if i want to play burnout...i'll turn on my ps2 or play paradise. I want a Need for Speed that stays true to the original with a few tweaks here and there.
i dont see how ppl say this brings back the old most wanted. all im seeing is Burnout: most wanted. + i remember the only thing you could take down that easy was the cop cars. graphics do look nice, but i feel its going to be just like hot pursuit.
Most Wanted has always been my most favorite Need For Speed game, so cool they did a re-do. Really looking foward to this one, great!!!
hmmm ok i hope the take downs aren't that easy and i hope they have customization other than that it looks and sounds nice
OMFG THEY DID IT FINALLY no arcade handling!!!! i know its in beta but its looking amazing =D im sold
i always said i like the racing in most wanted & the crashes in burnout. I guess there is a video game god
@sodiumpentathol except in LA Noire. but then again, that's a Rockstar game.
@crazylooser2003 Totally. I guess he didn't want to loose in front of 1000 people. :P
@Bankai_Byakuya what exactly is your idea of a sim?
@Bankai_Byakuya Are you watching the same video as me? It's got a turbo bar, ridiculous slides, jumps, and takedowns... this is arcade to the 10th degree. It's not a bad thing, it looks fun, it's just about as far from sim as you can get.
