Rune Factory 3: A Fantasy Harvest Moon E3 2010 Interview: Adam Fitch
We talk to Adam Fitch from Natsume about the new Rune Factory 3: A Fantasy Harvest Moon from E3 2010!
please someone stab my ears with an ice pick and get this guy OFF the floor as a demonstrator. My dead granny knows more about this game than this guys does who works for Natsume.
40~60 hours. Aham, of course. I personally never got to play ANY RF game for more than 20 hours. He's probably counting that you're gonna spend a huge amount of time farming, which is not really the focus of RF. Also, the story looks like it'll suck bad. Bringing monsters and people together? Force of evil? Come on. RF1 was great. RF2 was terrible. This seems to be following the progression. Still, the fastpaced combat, double-sword wielding and fighting alongside NPCs, not to mention the two cities thing, look all very good. But I was disappointed to see that there is no way to change your monster form. What, do I have to play with wooly guy forever?
I would have to agree regarding the trade show demonstrator. I think they may have picked up some schmuck from a bar and told him to just make something up. I surely hope this guy is not being paid for this. If he is paid, whatever it IS is far too much. ... uh... er.... um...a...er ...um He's certainly no salesman, demonstrator or presenter. I question whether or not he's even heard of the game before that day..... '...a best offense? well he certainly offended... Ben Stein was more enthusiastic.
I loved the first two DS games (see my reviews), so count me in again on this one. I just wish Natsume would consider venturing outside the Nintendo consoles with the game. I really would love to get the option to play these on a PSP, PS3, 360, etc...
I probably will get this game. But dont worry about what the guy getting interviewed said. Maybe he wasnt used to being interviewed?
This is so cool! That guy is the real life Dr. Steve Brule. I wasn't going to get this game, but if he's sold on it, then so am I.
OMg yeah that guys sucks. Its like he dont like the game and just say yeah yeah yeah this and that you know, this is stupid but we make it anyway.
I've never played anything in the RF series but I can say that largely due to how unprofessional this guy sounds I will not be trying this game. Other than, um...the guy, uh...the way he sounds, the gameplay that was shown looked too easy and boring.
It's the Itchy and Scratchy show.... Anyway...this game looks really "fun" but if there's no challenge to the enemies(as shown here) then I have no interest in it. I LOATHE these BS games that set you up vs enemies that can't come close to hurting you or defending themselves. Try harder.
um how uh hard uhh is it to um describe uuuh pressing A um over and over again uhh to kill enemies that uuh don't seem to do anything but uhh wait to be killed by uuh repeatedly pressing A. uh, lol.
What a horrible presentor... I had the first one, don't know if I'll get another. It was fun, but got tedious near the end. 40-60 hours! What did they do with the game since the first one?!
Looks good but, as the others below me said, that guy who was being interviewed really didn't know his own game...
" freedom01 Posted Jul 1, 2010 4:12 pm GMT the interviewee doesnt sound like hes too knowledgable of the game" absolutly right. he sound unprofessional
