E3 2012: City Interactive give us a look at their new shooter Enemy Front, straight from the E3 floor!
Did you enjoy this video?
is this still in production? I haven't seen or heard anything about this in a while. It looks awesome!
They have my money...
City Interactive bringin it FTRONG!
looks really really plain and uninteresting and i can see so much framerate drop on the x-box360 version so those nice looking graphics are basically wasted
The graphics look great, and the gameplay mechanics seem solid. Which leaves AI, and unfortunately this is where a lot of shooters fall down, including some of the past efforts of City Interactive. If they can come up with some decent enemy AI, I might just be interested in this game.
Not a fan of City Interactive. But it seems that their team are good with the CryEngine 3. Looks promising. Realy wanne buy this since its a long time that I played a good ww2 game.
Finally, enough with the modern war crap. Back to WW2, as I like it. And, the people who made Black....I have hopes for this. Black is one of the best FPS games ever made.
So generic even the salesman sounded bored
for some reason this reminds me a lot of what MOH used to be. And i think he refers to them at 3:50 lol
I like it. It reminds me of a Far Cry 2 sort of game but based in WWII. I like the openness of it. A couple of complaints though, the MG42 when fired from the hip had way to little recoil, also Half tracks whilst being damaged would not explode into flames from a thrown grenade! Granted anyone sitting in it would have shrapnel wounds and the the vehicle itself would have some small dents, scratched paint work & small scale contortion but it would not explode into flames....not by a long shot. Hope they iron this out.
Not bad. If the game didn't have health regeneration I'd say it's a revival of old-school WWII shooters like Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. Since it's alpha, I hope the developers change their mind about the health system.
I've been tracking Enemy Front for ages without much hope, but this short demo is impressive, and I'm pleased to see Cry Engine 3 is being used.
@themc_7 it's been released son.
