eh, only the look reminds me at all of cs. the movement looks SO fast...looks like a hold w and m1 style shooter...and is that a rocket launcher? ...not for me.

Fix the annoying tracers. Their delay is too long and hinders your aim.
I think it looks like they've managed to hit on the magic formula for fun.
Might need to brush a few things up and reduce the bullet tracers, but I think this looks like this could be a cool and interesting take on Counter-Strike.

Sounds cool, like Counter Strike, apart from the standard flashing hit indicator HUD stuff which I have never liked. Also, the bullet tracers are a bit overkill.

Oh look, the usual completely un-realistic "floating" FPS. Do any of these FPS characters have legs? because nobody ever moves like that, when will just ONE dev team get that right? and stop using the same old boring formula?

Wow. Nothing unique. Nothing innovative. There's not a single thing in this game that can't be done in other shooters.
This is better direction from shit like CoD because it doesn't seem to have regenerating health but still doesn't beat CS:GO due to having lame down sights and bab..sprintburst.
Still waiting for that really fastpaced game that plays like Quake3 and UT with updated todays tech.
I'm sure there's a place still for this type of game to be doing the rounds - it's just that I've moved on a bit nowadays + as already mentioned, there's still quite a few first person shooters out there that do exactly the same thing - the formula is starting to look dated and tired looking.
It's ok but iv seen over 4 Free 2 Play Pc games that look just like this or better so if it's not free i wouldn't waste my time on this game TBH....

This makes me wonder... I remember the first CoD: Modern Warfare having an 'Old School' mode which was a deliberate homage to Quake and its ilk (no loadouts, everyone starts with a pistol, all other weapons and perks can be found on the field as pickups); its apparent absence in subsequent titles kind of puzzles me.Also not sure just where the one-hit-kill melee attack started, but I think Special Forces: Team X had an interesting compromise: melee attacks were OHK _only if you connected from behind_; otherwise, I think they just did some damage and pushed the opponent back.
All aim all the time is boring as hell. I'm a bit of a TF2 fanboy I'll admit but the reason I like Tf2 (Control points particularly) is every class is fairly situational and its up to you to position/path yourself correctly and anticipate your opponents position/pathing along with your ability to aim. It's not just oh lets go out there and shoot, but it can easily be that if you want it to. You can out smart or out gun your opponent.
I never understood these faster paced shooters so forgive me, but to me it's all about twitch skill in a game like this. Why add any other types of weapons/customization? You need 2 weapons, a 1 shot kill yet low fire rate weapon, and a spray and pray gun. Every weapon is really just based on those two mechanics but tweaked slightly to feel like the game is well fleshed out even though it has as many mechanics as the original asteroids game: point and fire. I haven't played the game so I can't make a valid claim or anything. Idk I think I'm just ranting at this point
Looks like CoD. Random respawns, spawnkilling and running around aimlessly shooting RPGs. At least it doesn't have a knife that kills faster than bullets. Probably...

Hah. CoD, homage? I don't think so. Because all CoD has ever been doing, is pissing on Wolfenstein 3D/ Quake and Old-School FPS in general.

@SpookyHoobster It's a mindless shooter ; not necessarily a bad thing. you can just pop it in when you have a bit of free time and BAM, instant entertainment. It is not meant to be a mechanic driven game by any stretch of the imagination.
