Reginald responds to Dyrus comments on Communication Issues
Travis chats with Reginald at the LCS super week to get his response to Dyrus's comments about communication issues on the team.
Reginald has no idea of to " manage & lead ". He is a 20yo uneducated kid. He understood that lead has to come from one person. GOOD. Now learn: communication channel; leading by example and positive strokes. Blame your Partner just shows you lack of ability to do your job.
Not only do you ignore every single thing that Dyrus has said about your Miscommunication through arguments and in interviews, you try to label it as an entirely different problem and push all the blame on Dyrus.
Is Dyrus making bad plays? Yes, I'll give you that.
Why is he making those bad plays, though?
Because he can't hear your fucking calls, or they aren't coming in clear enough. That's not on him. That's on everyone involved. If you're not making your calls loud enough for your team mates to hear, then that's your problem, and you need to fix that. Don't blame Dyrus because he can't fucking hear you with his headphones on.
Also, if you know Dyrus isn't in a safe position to ult you, don't flash in as Karthus. You're talking about watching the map? It would've taken you all of two seconds to check top lane and see if Dyrus was safe enough to pop in and ult you. And if he wasn't? Then you shouldn't have gone in.
Just because Voyboy did his job right doesn't mean that Dyrus is at fault for your failed offensive. You made the call to go in there when you should have known Dyrus was tied up and wouldn't be able to safely ult you without a chance of interruption. You made the engagement. The responsibility falls on you, because of it. Don't cry that Dyrus is bad just because you're reckless and make assumptions. Work on your communication, and listen to Dyrus for once. Heaven forbid you actually listen to someone other than yourself.
