This year's entry into the beloved soccer franchise is looking better than ever thanks to the Fox engine.
Did you enjoy this video?
Didn't anyone realize that Montillo's goal in the PES 2014 promotional video is actually Neymar's 2011 Puskas award goal against flamengo? They recreated the play but with Montillo...that's it!
Current gen PES 2014 graphics are insane!
I really hope Konami did a good job with the Fox Engine, so EA can stop the revamps and make big deal changes in FIFA next year. The players at next gen FIFA actually look like action figures, not human beings, and the very same motion capture every year is starting to get wore and boring.
please gamespot get poeple who actually know about football to reveiew a football game...OMG as andersontck said they are "ignorant"...i mean they don't even know what the home and away thing meant..come on seriously..these two are dumb!..in my humble opinion i think/hope that home vs away means the COM team you play will perform diffrently/stronger when they are at their home ground as compared to when they play at your home ground(away)..if this is true it will make the game that more realistic!
How can these two be so proudly ignorant?
Is it just me or do Football games seem to look exactly the same every single time a new one comes out? What is the fucking point? Why not just release DLC or something?
EA FIFA is the same the day it came out just upgraded graphics and content it's good there's a choice
@Dannystaples14 Try playing one first before you comment.
@Dannystaples14 No they're not. At least not with PES. The last 3 years they've done huge changes. FIFA can't say the same thing
@grasshopper6 thank god we have a choice, there used to be more football games out there but they all seem to have faded away and could not compete with PES and Fifa...but at least the competition between the two helps us get a better game.imagine where we would be now if only one of them were the major football game out there?
@Kreativity I've played enough to know that every one I've seen looks so visually similar it makes me wonder why people still buy it.
i agree, the only reason that Fifa is still around is because they buy official rights and would not part with it,i bet that if the rights could be shared with PES,Fifa will not survive!
@jknifeza Actua Soccer 2014!! :D
From your comments defo NO
you havent played it , any of it . PES makes huge changes, while FIFA makes smaller changes which ares still noticable. at times.
But they are defo not the same.
If you have playes PES this last years and dont noted the differences is because you are an idiot.
@jknifeza If EA had not bought the license and had an exclusive deal, they would have struggled a lot more. It showed in the middle of the 2000's that PES was superior
