@helam88 POP the forgotten sands has got nothing to do with the movie it is based on the video game series.
@shandyconstant this one is after the POP sands of time and before POP warrior within. so yeah it is from the video game series has not got to do with the movie.
is it the same stories line like in PC and Playstation or not??or its followed the story from Human movie version????
AWESOME ... nice graphics, but I think the hit on the monster is a little weak, it seems as false (I do not know another word to describe my opinion), and they are very slow.
@hellscreams Your are most definitely correct, and I agree the psp version is not enjoyable as the console systems because of it's small screen and satisfactory graphics, not to mention the difficult control scheme. On the other hand it is still a fun method of experiencing Prince of Persia and it is suitable for those who enjoy playing on a smaller screen. I personally dislike it although I own a psp simply for music, movies and browsing the internet, but if you own a major console then purchasing games on a psp is basically useless in my opinion.
it may look good, for ps3 and xbox, but trust me the psp version is worse lol no, more then worse.! Even Prince of Persia Rival Swords is better then this :/
I have played all the Prince of Persia games and I believe that the forgotten Sands is by far the most dominant in the franchise. The game is majestic, greatly-adapted, adventurous, impressive and the platforms, combos and high-flying stunts are breath-taking. Any gamers seeking a graphically intensive PoP should purchase the game on a PlayStation 3 or a Xbox 360, where the PS3 grants the best detail and the 360 grants the best contrast and color. Any gamer seeking amazing gameplay mechanisms should most definitely purchase the game on the Nintendo Wii since it offers great controls and special in-game features; performed by the Wii remote which is exclusive on the Wii. The PC version is satisfactory and delivers amusement but is no where as close to the console systems. The DS and PSP versions are great for players who enjoy playing games while outdoor on the other hand it is not as massive as playing the game on a large screen. That is mostly it, I hope you found this comment useful and please THUMBS UP if you do. Thank You :-)
well seems like a very good game but i'm really sure that the psp version of it will be really bad, like in most of the big games.!
@kankerhoer those chatacters was good, you just need to like new things and dont afraid of them, that game had a stronger storyline, im from persia[iran] and knew the story a little, it was closer to my country arts and building than any prince, this storyline[forgotten sand] is good too but not enaugh and the world of it exsept bobylon was like arabian building not our's. just look at apadana palace-500.b.c and you will understand, you will see those characters again, this prince just made because of movie, no other reasons
@ Eggs-Benedict The sell shaded prince and elika were the most unlikable characters in a game ever ever. Full of that american wit I.E. cocky and annoying. Hope we never see them again.
Wow, this game looks terrible. Ubisoft! Stop with the prince from Sands of Time, his story is over! Continue the story of the new shell shaded prince please. I personally am very intrigued by that storyline.
from the gameplays I've seen in gt, it looks like Ubi rushed the game just for the movie. What a waste.
This game looks (for me anyway) hard! Which is why I never made it past POP:TSOT i.e. the first game!!! Sure would have liked to though!! Will just have to wait and see. I'm hopping their'll give us a demo so we can try befor we buy!
Not the grandest of returns but this should be a decent last game in the SOT Series. After this i am sure they can produce a great sequel to that repetitive POP 2008....
nothing impressive about the graphics, combat gameplay seems boring, but camera movements and controls look great and not full of bugs.. i hate consoles they limit new games graphics, those graphics look like prince of persia 3D on my phone!!
Didn't buy that last PoP game because I didn't like the cartoony cell-shading art style. This one reminds me a lot more of the older PoP games with some new additions and innovations, and that is a great thing.
I do hope the combat is not like Square, Square, hold Square, because that sucks. And how about an awesome song? Like 'I...Standalone' by godsmack for POP:WWI.
i dont like the fact that it has to release with the movie. It should come out when its ready. so will wait for reviews first
