haha he looks like a super model. hopefully his humor makes him more likeable like in previous games
so wait..he learns how to control elements after sands of time...but then forgets how to control elements for warrior within? hmmmm.....
@powerbutton I can't agree with your more bro but that story was to be continued right. So are they just gonna leave it that way?
wow but where is that girl(chick) with him (sands of time) and where is that black magician .....he cause the story sand of time of course i see better graphic new tricks ....but that don't mean original one is bad
from what i've seen the only complaint is the classic "you can have 50 enemy battles" line...i don't want 50 enemy battles if they are gonna be like the ones in the video where the enemies just stand there and watch the prince beat the $#!7 out of em. Dear programmers, please make difficulty settings where the hardest difficulties have intelligent AI and swarm and attack you instead of watching the show. Thanks, #1 POP fan.
And oh, I'm soooo keen for this game, a little worried it might be stale old gameplay but even if it is, the 'sands of time' trilogy were pretty awesome!!
@ imyourdaddy I think it's more about controlling the elements than time itself, from what I gather they r saying the rewind is back (maybe in addition to some other time tricks) but time has nothing to do with air, earth or fire?? anyways my opinion
So, according to this game, water becomes solid when u freeze time? I'm not being sarcastic just a curious question. Also, is it just me or is the Prince of Persia's and Assassins Creed's starting to have the same gameplay?
it doesn't matter how the prince looks like, i just love POP, i played every single release and def. getting this one too ...
It uses the same engine of assassin's creed, new elemental powers look good... maybe it is better than I am expecting, although the prince doesn't look very familiar to the trilogy in my opinion.
only had the first PoP game, the latest one looked awful, dislike the comic graphics, but this looks epic a must have.
I am buying this game. POP 2008 was so disappointing. I am sure this will be way better than POP 2008 like Sand Trilogy.
some one should also revive THIEF and DOOM series. now that we have god of war and prince of persia.
finaly finaly finaly.Who did this in ubi he was realy smart men ım sure to many p.o.p gamers turn back to the game.will be great..
From what it seems, the only downside is that they changed the Prince's looks from Handsome to .. ughhh.... Jake Gyllenhaal... Gotta love the gameplay though, some graphic details are awesome as well...
While i am glad they are returning to the tried-and-true formula that made this series great, I actually enjoyed Elika as she added some depth as a human being that the Sands of Time don't have.
to bad that you only get one sword the entire game it would be cool if they gave you the eagle sword that the Prince starts out with in WW
Thank you very much UBISOFT. I hated you guys a lot with the last installment of pop where you cannot die and now I am loving you guys again because you woke up and smell the reality that, you never tamper with the Prince's moves and acrobatic skills and never, never!!! mess with his dagger of time by replacing it with a magical girl that saves you every time you plunge into an abyss. I love what I am seeing with the Prince controlling the elements of nature like freezing the water so he can scale and run on it. I love it, I love it. I am giving this a 10 before I even play it because the prince of Persia is one of the best action adventure game there is and he's back on track from the last backdrop. KUDOS TO UBISOFT MONTREAL.
Every game company at this present time, seems to be stepping up there Game in producing there IP's right now, even in this case. If it means going backward in time, to catch the loyal fans. and using what made it work, in the first place. great job UBISOFT.
I love how she says "Arabian nights Persian feel into it". Yeah the whole game has not been "Persian" in the very least except a bit in the last game. Yeah why not just ease yourselves and rename this game "Prince of Arabia". lol they're bringing on all the stereotypes that says: "All middle-easterners are Arabs and thus Persians are also Arabs and have the same culture." Seriously, I give up on hoping they will make an actual Prince of Persia game.
It'd be sweet if they did the God of War idea and released the sands of time trilogy in a bundle pack for ps3 and 360, HD remake and trophies/achievements. Plus, the whole trilogy on one disc, gosh that'd be awesome. However, I doubt they'll do that. Game looks great so far. Can't wait.
