Awww, Pilotwings. This was my absolute favorite game back in the SNES game. Fond memories of my cousin and I trying to figure out how the heck we were supposed to keep the hang glider afloat.

Dang, wish I caught the stream, but the replay will suffice.

"Peter delves into his ever-growing collection in search of underexposed and misunderstood games from the past."

*Picks one of the best received and popular games for one of the best received consoles of all time*

So how is it misunderstood exactly? Everyone seems to praise it.

The press back then, the gamers back then, the press today. It even got a Wii release because of its popularity.

@Saketume  There are people these days that have never even heard of this game.  InternMax was 1 when this came out.  Let him bring it back to light for a minute, just because it's awesome. :-P

Well there are people who's never heard of Minesweeper but that doesn't mean it would fit the show about "underexposed and misunderstood games".

I still like the show but I was kind of hoping they'd dig out some real gems instead of going with celebrated SNES classics.

It does take away from the quality of the show imo.
