I still think they should have used the classic halo MP setup rather than having the reach classes i.e. jetpacks etc. but w/e, If the fans like it.
I like the decision to service both classic Halo fans and Reach fans, because it is definitely apparent that not all Halo fans are Reach fans. Personally I enjoy Reach for what it is and am excited for all the multiplayer map versions and game types coming in Anniversary.
why is everyone complaining? It's an anniversary edition, not a new game. If you don't like it, well fine but we don't want to hear it anyway...
So $40 for a Reach DLC. They lost a lot of the hardcore halo fans by adopting the glitchy Reach engine.
@warder3750 they're not allowed to do that, Bungie has rights to the Halo reach maps, so 343 industries doesn't have rights to have the first map pack published on a disc.
@warder3750 If you install Reach to your hdd then you can access those maps through the Anniversary disk. Likewise if you install Anniversary then you can access those maps through the Reach disk. @20096 I think your armour is saved (at least partially) to the save on your xbox since it returns to default if this save corrupts; so I would assume that Anniversary would be able to read this.
heh the game that saved Xbox remade to do it again? lol j/k I like my box but I think the remake will be cool, like a blast from the past of when you could only do little local halo parties on an xbox.
disappointed...CE with new graphics and a huge map pack for reach...should just make it like odst where there's the campaign on one disk and access to reach multiplayer on the other with new map content. Now i'll have to switch back between games...that's if i even bother to bust out the $70+...not likely
