This will be good ,not better than the previous most wanted I will say for now......Lets hope its as equal ....I have hopes from Criterion. The hot pursuit remake was the only NFS good since Most Wanted back... but its NFSMW for life..
Another one of the run game. No tuning: ( a piece of manure. Ruin a good game. Graphics does not change anything. Forgotten at Old essence of the game: (
Tne original Most Wanted was the first Need for Speed I've ever played, and it's still my favorite of the series. I hope this turns out to be good.
Now, seeing that the pre-order bonuses are cars I just can't help but remeber a Namco producer's comment about how a character is too essential to a fighting game to be locked, probably, that is why Tekken Tag Tournament 2's extra characters will be unlocked to everyone later on.
I believe the same applies here, locking cars in a racing game is quite evil. :(
same (plain)car models from previous NFS games(hot pursuit & The Run) hope they have full customization & not for only choosing color for the car
Best thing they ever did to this series was give it to Criterion (although some of the old games like Porsche Unleashed are still classics).
looks like a highly modified version of the previous most wanted.......but all in all it looks great
Need for Speed Most Wanted sequel... with out customization? C'mon criterion, I love your games but how could you miss you on this key element? That's all anyone wants.
Oh yes, I will be pre-ordering this one, it was my favorite Need for Speed game, besides Underground. I hope we can customize, blow thru the roadblocks in slow motion, and run over markers that take out the cops and other racers! With fantastic graphics and updated driving experience, I hope this one makes the 2005 version look like your grandmother's Need for Speed Most Wanted game, but only time will tell! October 30th can't come too soon!
back in the days the nfs franchise was about racing and evading cops. nowadays its all about breaking things with your car and seeing it in slomo while an ai is driving your car. thats stupid. i really want a nfs thats about racing. i hope the game is going to have a good gameplay despite being a car crusher game. i really hated hot pursuit because cars were drifting in turns while im still driving straight, i want drifting to be my choice, not the games choice
I have to remember that this is NOT going to be like the original NFS: Most Wanted but will be Criterion's spin on it. Hopefully it'll be just as good, if not better. It's just hard to tear myself away from the original though because it was so good.
Not to dissapoint anyone, but knowing Criterion, i think the cars will not be customazible (no ugly tunning whatsover). Second of all, it is more of a Burnout Paradise City with licensed cars than a better look at the old Most Wanted. Actually, i think it's going to be the NFS Undercover that Black Box did not manage to. To end it, NFS Most Wanted by Criterion is going to be the best NFS ever. Fingers crossed...
Criterion, stop Britishizing the NFS series. Your last game had tons of spelling errors and what's with the trailer music for this game? In fact, what is it with the British and this genre of music (especially Prodigy).
They did a good job with Hot Pursuit so maybe they will do a good job with Most Wanted. If its anything like the 2005 version then it should be good. It should at least be better than Need for Speed the Run.
I'm liking this. I liked Most Wanted on the PS2 but I hope Criterion doesn't go overboard with making NFS a movie. It's a RACING game.
I'll still be anticipating more information about this game, though. Hope it'll be good.
I can't say it looks all that interesting, but I'm a fan of Criterion and NFS. I'm hoping for the best from this game.
@mostttwantedsorry to crush your dreams bro but they said in the e3 that its going to be an open world multiplayer game, so kiss goodbye the awesome pursuits that we had in MW and the story is probably gone also... and the customization, thats probably gone too.
@ECH71 English as a language came from England (Britain). Hence, their spellings are the correct. Americans changed it to suit their own needs. Most of the English speaking world spells the way the Brits do.
@12qazx I think it'll be better than the run simply because it's Criterion. But, is it going to be anything like 2005's NFS: Most Wanted? No. Cirterion has something completely different in mind for this game.
then why call it most wanted if is just gonna be a fukin burnout game with licensed cars? they are using the name of the best NFS game ever made in vain and that pisses me off... im not buying this game if is not like the old school. if you wanna make something totally different thats ok but give it a new name ffs...
