Mortal Kombat X: Fatality Compilation
Here are the fatalities for Sub-Zero, Cassie Cage, D'Vorah, Ferra/Torr, and Kotal Kahn. Missing on this list: Scorpion. Sorry!
Didn't they kill like... damn near EVERYONE at the end of MK9? I'll be interested to see how/if they explain that one.
they should add almost every mortal kombat character cause they dont know how much money they gonna make cause 1.bring back memories 2.it will be a big hit 3.people love playing with alot of characters 4.people love a variety of characters 5.everyone will want this cause of all the characters.

Man The only thing that could make this game better is if they allowed you to switch styles(versions) of the character mid-match.
Not really sure why but I wasn't impressed with this game. I enjoyed MK9, this just seems like an MK9.5.
So sad. Back in the good 'ol MK days it was a huge surprise to see anyone perform a fatality in the arcade. Everyone would get riled up and crowd around the machine. Now you can watch them before the game is even out. Oh well.
Simulated violence (as in, not snuff, which is terrifying) never really impressed me. But this compilation really hit the "WOW" button =)
Fatalities is what MK has always been about. Its what sets it apart from games like street fighter. Its always fun to see what new and interesting fatalities they come up with next.
i love the new fatalities they have some new ones and a few old ones. but over they did really well.
Listen, this is the reason why senseless violence and shootings occur today. I'm sorry but this kind of stuff has no purpose whatsoever~ TRUST me.
@NiteX You must be new to fighting games.
@NiteX So then what do you expect with them using the same engine as MK9 and Injustice did.
They got a solid base for gameplay system. If they moved over to Unreal 4 being unable to use their existing modified UE3 engine and needing to start from scratch. People would then complain the game not coming out until 2017 at the earliest, worse if the game plays completely and the mechanics aren't the same.
Not everything needs to constantly overhauled or redone. Sometimes using what works as a proven and successful formula is good thing.
@dom7766 who is gregor mclane?
@mikemah82 I agree mike I played mk1 to mk3 via arcades doing a finisher was the best even though difficult to do. Thus highlight reel just ruined the experience of seeing it with the gpad in my hands.
@mikemaj82 I'd rather not be in the Midway days of limited budgets and constraints of ideas Boon wanted to do but be denied because of upper management. Midway closing it's doors and newly WB backed NetherRealm Studios was one of the best things to happen to the series in a long long time.
Too bad they always make it so complicated to do a Fatality.
Its the only thing I don't like about Mortal Kombat, having to pause the fight, going to the menu and looking at the code to do the move and ending up with a cheap punch to the jaw...
They say its rewarding, I say its a waste of time and fun.
@deliciouspoints Not sure if you're joking or not. If you're serious, I'm sorry, but the crises that lead to mass shootings in the U.S. are far more complex than "monkey-see, monkey-do". If you want to learn how and why mass shootings happen, perhaps read Thich Nhat Hanh.
@deliciouspoints You got the wrong website dude. The internet's cheap baiting and flaming is called youtube. Google it.
Note: The reason for the shooting are guns and bad parenting. Period.
@deliciouspoints I will let u know when I see a kid freeze someones chest then punch it open and crack his spine in half then pick him up and split him in half.
@deliciouspoints Pardon me but violent crime has actually dropped in the last twenty years (since around the same time that Mortal Kombat 1 was released). You can check out that statistics here:
You know, this isn't exactly difficult stuff to find ...
@deliciouspoints Ah yes, the ever old "Let's blame violent video games" nonsense.
Yes, of course this has absolutely nothing to do with parents being responsible and teaching their children to understand the difference between fiction and reality. Or people who already have a propensity for violence and mentally unstable.
Yes, yes. Let's blame video games for it all. I mean NO ONE is ever responsible for their own actions when you have convenient scapegoat to put the blame on. I mean like how they did with books in the 1950's, or Metal Music in the early 1980's.
You need to drop the ignorance and actually start blaming the person who pulled the trigger, The actual individual who made the CHOICE to commit a violent crime.
Continue to make your pathetic scapegoats, reality is harsh, but it's reality. Some people in this world truly are sick, and Books, Music, or Video Games have absolutely nothing to do with it. Get Educated!
Ok first of all your argument is a bunch of non-sense. this has nothing to do the violence in the schools. but however if you are some right-wing nut then you should not be on here in the first place. by your logic mario is to violent because he steps on monster and shoots fire balls.
Why would you assume @deliciouspoints is a "right-wing" nut?
Conservatives aren't inherently against blood and violence. Conservatives generally support the military and strong national defense. And most people who hunt (shoot, kill, skin, and eat) wild animals tend to be libertarian or conservative.
Is it because @deliciouspoints blamed video game violence for real-world shootings? As I recall, it was California's corrupt Senator Leland Yee (a left-wing Democrat) who was one of the biggest proponents trying to ban violent video games and blaming them for real-world violence.
So don't be an uninformed sheep, and throw terms like "right-wing nut" around without some justification. You add to stereotypes and prejudices. And are probably the last person who should be explaining someone else's "logic".
If you disagree with another member's opinion, simply say "I disagree," and then give some sensible reason why. Let me show you how to do that:
"I disagree that Mortal Kombat fatalities are the reason for school shootings. If they were, you'd hear about kits running around schools burning kids up or tearing out other kids' hearts. I don't recall seeing any news alerts about serial spine-crushers in U.S. schools. There are TV shows and movies that are as violent as these games, and the real problem is children who aren't taught respect, common decency, or the common sense to distinguish between a virtual world and the real world."
Considering MK9 managed to managed to get on the main game line up at EVO for 3 years straight and likely again this year, and not be some sort of side venue. It's evident that NetherRealm is obviously doing something right in terms of gameplay.
The last game to ever get such critical acclaim in that regard was UMK3 and MK2.
No one saw MK4, MK:DA/Deception/Armageddon there. So MK9 getting repeat venues, it's obviously fun enough for those that play fighting games at a competitive level, much like as it was in the Arcades. The last time this happened was in 1995.
The tournaments nowadays are much bigger attractors over the Arcades of old. The experience is similar with the crowd and constant hype.
Considering MKX is on the same engine that MK9 and Injustice was on, I don't foresee it having any issue being just as a big crowd-pleaser and tournament attractor that MK9 was.
@Slagar ok, sure.
@hushed_kasket Best comment I've read on here in a LOOOONG time!
@hushed_kasket ^this. Although, I have the sneaking suspicion the original poster was being sarcastic.
