some people just wanted the games for the crazy fatalities (since MKD... i guess) but... if you watch these things to much... you MIGHT get bored of them.
this is a let down for mk fans but i think they are blinded by the week fatality's to see the good things in this game. so to all the mk combat fans please give it a change.
... Man, I don't know. Maybe I've been spoiled by Capcom's smooth fighting engines so much that when I play ANY Mortal Kombat game i feel like Im trying to coax mannequins into moving. The graphics are good, no question, but things like the segmented animation (check out the MKvsDC demo of the new close-up fighting component. Huge pauses in between each attack), or the "OVERLY-POSED" stances (I know you know what I'm talking about too), just bothers me that Midway allows for that. How come all of the standard non-fantasy moves look like something straight out of a corny Tae Bo vid. And It's always felt like that to me. I'm fine with the storyline in the series. and the wild violence is cool too, just make the fighters seem more fluid, geez. I probably wont ever play this game, it annoys me that much.
This is not the mortal Kombat I once knew! The blood is not good enough, and the fatalities are week!!
the impact of the punches is great, nice timing to release this game considering superhero movies are flooding the market
OOOOOO.....I think this is going in the right direction. This trailer wasnt too good, but the game as a whole looks epic!
GET OVER HEEEERE!! I just found Sonya's bicycle kick weirdm when she hit catwoman but the attack teleported to the right side...whatever, looks great anyway, and I hope shao kahn and darkseid are unlockable characters
