Is it not ok to make a kids' game or something? My son really liked this game and it's great for what it is. I love the way people come in and compare it to all the blood/gore sandbox games they are playing and rip it apart. Plus, you can tell that none of the people that criticized it have even played it. Sorry, but you have to judge the game for what it is, not whether or not it's "epic."
Some predictions: Movie based platformer aimed at kids, that looks competent, but will undoubtedly make the few adults who play it with their kids wonder why good all ages platformers are so rare these days. It will lack challenge, but have "charm," I suspect it'll get a mid-range score, between 6.0 and 7.5 (the fact that Toy Story 3 was recently released and decent will probably keep it out of 7.5 range), since the critics keep kids in mind when they rate these. It'll have some variety, because that's the only lesson the makers of these sorts of games have internalized from previous generations, however it will still be shallow gameplay-wise. Wow, I'm a fortune teller.
@desert_eagle_8 You don't know that, this could be the best game of all time. Though it will probably fall into mediocrity
