Just Cause 2 Anatomy of a Stunt: Tuk Tuk Guided Missile
It's the latest in the Anatomy of a Stunt series in Just Cause 2: Tuk Tuk guided missile!
Lol, can't wait to play this game. I wish i just spent $20 more and got it from steam instead of buying it off newegg and waiting for it to get here.
@blakeney on the contrary my friend, The tuktuk may look like it would fall at a faster rate, but as you said its twice the size of the dude. therefore it will have a higher drag causing more air resistance. Especially if the guy was to go completely vertical.
Aye half this stuff can't be done or is very very hard. Watch the Plane one, after rico jumps out, the plane moves to line up with the guy on the ground. It's just editing, that's all. There go, the majority of these stunts are lies.
video editor and MP plz? That would boast ratings for this game by at least a point, plus ID LOVE IT THAT MUCH MORE
Lol has anyone actually managed to get into a vehicle that you drop from hight altitude with a chopper? I've been tryin for an hour now, and i still can't do it :(
coasterride509, I know that its not just the weight that goes into overall fall velocity......... Theres plenty of factors which determen it..... I would say though even considering all these the TukTuk would infact fall faster then the guy. The TukTuk doesnt have wings....or much on there for drag factor (i think in the real world the roof would create SOME drag, but the drag would rip it off, along with any other part on their creating drag.) So do you think any different? and if so why?
You'll notice that the building complex changes when he jumps out so they didn't do it either. They simply spawned a copy of the tuk-tuk above the target. Watch between 1:00 and 1:05
@ GimmeSomeBlood "could someone tell me how to do this please, whenever i try it i cant tell where the tuk tuk goes, does it fall faster or slower than i do" I dont know how to do the stunt so it hits the target, (besides i guess flying directly over the target and then dropping) but id say the TukTuk is twice the guys wieght+ so im pretty sure it will fall faster.;)
"tuk tuk guided missile"??the tuk tuk is'nt guiding anything, the tuk tuk IS the missile? its more of a gravity guided tuktuk??
looks kinda fun, but i am not sure i would take the time to do something like this, i am a straightforward gamer, and person, this seems like a lot of effort, just for some kills...
hey...downloaded the demo...but cant seem to "push" any start button on the demo....only can scroll up and down...what the F''' happen man!!!!!
yes demo was messed up if you played the first 1 the controls where great i will still buy the game its like one of the best game gta san andreas but alot bigger you can also change controls in settings once you get use to the controls this game will be a blast already paid in full cant wait 3 more days
Am I the only one who didn't love the demo? It was alright, just the whole feel of it was off - the controls, the sound, the visuals. I dunno...
The demo is cool. I like how you can do so many things. The only bad things is the enemy AI and the way you handle weapons. The accuracy is disastrous and you don't feel anything when shooting. Kind of like in Mercenaries. Doesn't mean I'm not going to buy the game! I look forward to it.
could someone tell me how to do this please, whenever i try it i cant tell where the tuk tuk goes, does it fall faster or slower than i do?
Yeah I wasn't impressed with the feel of the driving either. I'll pick it up used somewhere or other maybe rent it. Demo was fun but not 60$ worth of fun.
I downloaded the demo on 360 and had fun for about an hour. Definitely not a buy for me. The vehicle physics can't hold a candle to GTA:IV.
Yea this game is fun as hell, its like GTA before it got "serious" but way more explosions and mobility.
Getting back in to the tuk tuk was just a demonstration of the grapple hook and how you could use it to pull yourself towards objects even in freefall at terminal velocity! I'm still playing the demo too and it's awesome (Still prefer the PC graphics though)
