Looks like a mix of the "Quantum"-game and "Weapons of Fate".But... although it's newer, and seeing the name Activision, it's the same "CoD"-engine as with the "Quantum"-game but then "Blood Stone" doesn't look as good?... It's hard to see in the crappy video-quality...
a good game it's to short to deserve a higher score then this. No replay value. Definitely better then the last bond game
Has anyone played this on PC- can you tell me if the driving sequences control smoothly with m/kb? Thanks in advance :)
Bourne Supremacy is a lot better then this, but it's a fun little game. Funny how he mention Splintercell when Bourne did all of this before.
Decent game to the 007 line-up... but behind 007 Goldeneye as my favourite Bond game to play. The only flaw I felt was the fact that the campaign was a little on the short side.
@sojosteven everything or nothing is weak compared to goldeney 64. That game has been fun for years. Everything or Nothing, QOS, Night Fire, TWINE, etc all get old in about a month or less. 007 goldeneye is the only AAA 007 title so far. The rest have been okay.
next bond game, let it be an m rated title. These bond games could all be so much better if they were given the attention games like Red Dead Redemption or COD black ops were given. Imaging Quantum of Solace with Black ops engines bullet wounds and gore? Imagine bloodstone with RED Read Redemmptions impact wounds. Just because it's 007 doesnt meen it cant be violent. Add a long single player campaign with the replayability of goldeney 64 and some reasonable bloodshed and you got a 007 game that blows away every killzone, BC and COD on the market.
I picked this up cheap, and I think its awesome, big surprise considering all the bad reviews it got, its a great TPS and you'll feel like a badass with the awesome takedowns
I've just finished Quantum of solace and I was really suprised by the game. I did not expect that much fun in a James bond game. So I can say that this video really turn me on in a good way so that I'm in a hurry to play it.
Reviewer may of missed the point that the games pace is exactly that of a James Bond Movie. Big Action, intrigue...plot development, detective work and Big Finale. Decent review but wow 747.
I agree with his comment where the game gets slowpaced after the prologue, but thats exactly what happens at a James Bond movie just like that. The infiltration? The same thing, you walk a lot, hack some things where i think is the biggest problem, the hacking system, and take out some few guards. The James Bond experience is exactly like that in my opinion though I understand 100% of what he said.
ive never heard this guy before but he did a really great review just then! perfectly explained everything about the game in a really entertaining way and then gave it a score to fit his review. hope to hear more from him!
Did you grow up playing Goldeneye? Yeah, me too. I'm bummed to hear people say it sucks. Guess I'll find out.
Shame its published by Activision. Not suprise how shallow the game is by a shallow CEO. Millions of gamers have boycott Activision from their game list on all platforms. No matter what the ratings are. Happy gaming :)
Way too easy, really short, not much replayability, multiplayer sucks...but otherwise pretty fun. Definitely a rental.
is there much replay value? i.e. can you replay missions like in quantum solace without restarting the game?
Any time James Bond is dressed as somebody's dad on a sunday afternoon is just wrong. Shirt and woolly jumper my arse.

Azghouls- i agree with what you are saying, but james bond bloodstone is supposted to have huge and over the top action moments, not walking through hallways occasionally scanning something.
Want an excellent Bond game? Get everything or nothing. Want a superb racing game? Get Everything or nothing. Want a surprisingly fun 3rd person shooter? Get Everything or Nothing. Want a single player experience that really captures the essence of the James Bond movies and brings a campaign back to what it should be? Once again I tell you, Get Everything or Nothing. 12 stars ************
Then again, the more I look at it, the more it reminds me of "Weapons of Fate". Which I believe used the Unreal-engine...
@HaloOverrated Who the hell rents games? You either get it or you don't... If it's a "rental" to someone, it's basically just not good enough to waste your time on anyway...
