I suppose that you are one of those who still stubbornly have Master Race tendencies.
It looks nice, but to make a game actually look like this would take a LOT of work. The cost of making a AAA game is already absurd. I'm not sure it can get much more expensive since there are only so many people you can sell a game to recoup the cost of development.
@INF1DEL Actually these effects are relatively easy to add and tweak.
