This is so easy. Just partition a couple hundred gigs of your hard drive and install it on that partition. Dual boot with Windows. Or, just use Steam big picture mode lol.

I thought I heard you can use the expert install option to set up dual boot so you don't have to wipe your HDD to install it. Seriously, who would want to do that? Maybe if you have an extra HDD laying around, but I'm not going to ditch my other OS's for this.

@billlabowski You have to remember that Steam box and Steamos is meant for people who wants the power of a PC without having to fiddle with all the confusing tech stuff. 


This is bad for their objectives, but then again is only a beta.
