man why do ppl hate halo man. you dnt like it move on. they made ODST "my guess" is to improve night gameplay if u think about it they almost never had a level at night only that one level in Halo CE. ODST wasent much a part of the Halo story it was a game just to make money for Reach
I used to hate Halo after ODST was announced and Halo Wars, but now ODST is prob. my favorite Halo so far. Hopefully Halo Reach will take ODST's spot for me.
This sequence was done beautifully, it really captures the essence of what space travel meant since it's origins.
So can we drive space ships? or is this just a tease... I've never liked halo, but hey, I'd buy it if it had some cool space combat!
If i could make love to a game (which is highly improbably for someone to do, but it isn't IMPOSSIBLE considering the game has a hole) I would pop this game first!
i gotta say, this was beautifully done.... and knowing that Reach gets totally destroyed and seeing how beautiful it is from a global perspective really helps the tragedy told in the story hit home.
i like how he's all bouncing around like it's no big deal even though he'd be glued to his seat also: no new footage?
@BetardxFoosier dude this is the original Halo, they're showing us the beginning and how it all started.
Still isn't swaying me towards buying it.....not after the promises they blew in ODST. The original Halo is gone forever and the Bungie team hasn't made any steps to bring things back to the ways they were.
WOW that was TOO amazing. I was already planning on getting this game but now it's absolutely no question!! That launch was like watching the Shuttle take off. The external camera views were great!
If 343 brings this to PC after Bungie is done I would be a vary happy gamer if it had DX11, or even just DX10 I would play it over and over again. But it must if they do that have the fallowing: Server browser, advanced graphics options, enhanced controlls. (IE mouse/Keyboard settings) Plus MS did announce at E3 that many of their first party developers on Xbox360 are now working on PC titles to bush Windows 7. (BTW did you know DX9.0c, and 64bit are both required to be certified by MS to develope for Windows 7?)
i'm really glad that Bungie do their best efforts to make Reach a really great FPS. I really interested with Reach, can't wait to play it
@BusterBlader21 I don't know about you, but I'm gonna try & save for the Legendary Edition. This game looks incredible, & that's saying a lot from a guy who just played through "Super Mario Galaxy 2".
This is so weird; why would they need rockets; multi-stage ones at that, to launch a spacecraft that then goes all around a planet that is light years away from Earth, some 540 years into the future? And this goes alongside uber-futuristic artificial gravity and faster than light travel technologies on the part of the humans...
