Hack, slash, and class in Dungeon Striker
We talk to producer Jun Huh about the upcoming Korean action MMO about its premise and release date. For our recap of G-Star 2012, head here: http://l.gamespot.com/UryMfw
The title sure doesn't do any favors for distinguishing the game but I won't promise I won't play it, even if it is generic. The domain of sanctuary from filth in games is shrinking anymore...
If only the player characters didn't look so stupid.
Chibi characters just do not work in a hack'n'slash game which is expected to be played for more than a few hours.
I think it has a cool art style for a hack n slash game, and the class system seems a lot better than almost any other mmo ever made. However, since you can just switch any time and you don't seem to have to level them all up separately it might get old kinda fast.
Dungeon? Korean? These two words are have so much in common. Dungeon and Fighter anyone?
Meh. Also what the hell is up with Koreans having their toon have one skill that just blows **** up everywhere and all the enemies explode? Seriously...
No need to download anything. The developers send the game to your home address. You just sit back and wait for a free copy, it's on its way.
@jyml8582 Jun Huh.
@Alygator At least these guys do something to get noticed in the world. Unlike the other guys that can only whine and starve.
@slimco Thanks, I almost get worried.
If you played thier games you would know.
Bad communities, alot of gambling that results in you losing alot, and spending hours and hours of your life that turns into months just to get one piece of equipment(MUCH worse than the standard MMO we are used to). Oh and the difficulty can just punch you in the nuts over and over and over.....
I already spent 2 years playing one of their games, not in the mood to do it again.
