Looking at getting an SSD for it just to be certain.

Size of game is not proportional to size of world. Titanfall was over 50GB and Skyrim was under 10. Just saying, don't jump to any conclusions about the game's content based on install size.

@oldtobie Indeed. Size of installation is basically just the packaging. The inside content is more important.

Vague, irrelevant question. First off, a modded game is hardly that same game. You could mod The Witcher, then it would be bigger too. Graphics mods can be essentially any size at all. A few KB like a .INI or a massive one like an ENB package.

@OOLuigiOo @oldtobie Ist the cgi  and audio in  games that take so much game space. Yea  high res textures take a lot of room to, but they get re used a lot and at best will be about 8gb space in game like witcher 3.

Putting the witcher 3 on a console is like putting an elephant in a prius, it's a shock if it works at all, and even if it does, it'll barely do it at all :p 

Good thing there aren't too many good games out yet bahaha

No need for me to free up space. I'm getting it on PC, and have 2 TB
