K, this shirt was sexy enough but then a Holy Grail reference. I'm in love! ;0-) Oh, and the poll results were completely useless... I'm considering ignoring them. See what I did there?!
They need to remake the first mgs, but still dying for the new one!
Wish I could afford these consoles right away. Saw this thing online about earning free gifts. Googled it and the reviews make it seem legit. Take a look yourself and sign up with the link below!!
Kojima: 'The phrase open world has become problematic'.
What's he's really saying: My new game is actually kinda linear...
To be honest I would have waited for next year and some maturing of the AMD tech, maybe would have gone with steamroller/kaveri instead of Jaguar/kabini chips.
Also, I would have loved for Sony to have a lot of work on game AI, and game physics over Graphics. Because, to play the same games over and over again since Xbox and PS2, its better to have increased interactions, more than increased visuals, as the same games will be more changed though I do understand that Sony wanted to launch at the same time.
Well, besides all the fallout from E3 concerning xbone, I enjoyed my PS3 more than the 360 (especially when I was getting the RROD). And this DS4 looks like it is going to take care of all the shortcomings of the DS3. I also like that you can upgrade the HDD in the PS4 (can't in xbone). And I like that Yoshida (head of Sony's software development) endorsed the Oculus Rift (can't wait!). No shocker that the PS4 has 61%.
Q: Why are so many PS fans trolling in the internet?
A: Coz, online gameplay PS3 sux and they have some use of their internet.
I've always thought of console gaming as being really no-hassle and convenient. Not like PC gaming with its compatibility modes and graphics settings and the like. But the Xbone manual with its "0.6 meters from here no more than 0.4 meters from there and don't place the box upright etc, etc" sounds panda complicated.
I'm sure it's just me being a "Sony fanboy"...
But it's pretty asinine, and outright idiotic, of Microsoft to require the Xbox One be situated horizontally, when at least one previous iteration could be vertical.
I mean, I know for an absolute FAAAAAAAAAACT that on launch day, at least a hundred dimwits are going to get their Xbox One, situate it vertically, and have problems. And unless 1) it doesn't break it and 2) they have an alternative location for it near the TV (that meets all the crazy measurements the manual requires)...they're gonna be SOL.
And then they're gonna turn into babies and yell at Microsoft for ruining their fun. Microsoft, on the other hand, could have fixed that...but don't seem to be.
Why does she constantly have to say "what do you think, let me know in the comments below". Its gets really old hearing that time and time and time and time and time and time and time and time again.
As for XBox One's position in regards to the PS4, I for one am happy to see MS starting out this generation in the rear. HOPEFULLY, this will make them work even harder at making Xbox One great. The sales have sucked, the free games for gold program is a joke, and the exclusives the latter part of the generation have been non existent. Xbox One being behind should light a fire under MS and that should be a good thing for everyone buying an XBox One.
@Cristhian_Cobas They' ll both be fine, don t worry about it lol. Even nintendo is fine, just a bit out of the competition
@tom_cat_01 I don't have a problem with that. If an MGS game (that followed previous titles' gameplay and storytelling method) tried to go completely open world like GTAV or Skyrim, I think it'd lose some of its ability to tell a compelling narrative.
@daveb81 There hasn't been a RROD since the first Elite model. The only thing I liked about my PS3 was the Uncharted series, otherwise 360 definitely got a lot more of my time. The multiplayer is just world's better... it's no contest.
@DrvoJavorovo An S.O.S. to the world?
@imrangr1 I was an Xbox fanboy, but now Microsoft are full of BS, so that's why 61% will buy a PS4
@cardinalphoenix In my day we couldn't situate our Pong machines vertically... and Atari joysticks had ONE button!! And you know what? We were glad to have it... so stop whining! ;0-)
@Arachnofunk You see them through her shirt?
@Arachnofunk That is neither here nor there...nor is it on topic...
Notice..............not disagreeing. ;-)
Yeah, I think it's pretty annoying that she keeps on saying
"let me know in the comments below" all the time in EVERY single video...
So what do you guys think about my comment? Let me know in the comments below :p
@RighteousNixon its only a formality -scripted stuff she's suppose to say at the end of .....whoaw, WHOAW Wait a minute, u just being a troll aren't you
@RighteousNixon Yeah, she should tell us to not write any comments and panda off. Open up and say, "duh."
@RighteousNixon She's trying to encourage an active discussion in the comments so she'll have stuff to read later :P
@LexLas WTP?! :p
@TiberiusJonez @daveb81 "worlds better"? no, the only thing Xbox 360 had multiplayer wise was cross game party chat, so you don't have to worry about annoying kids on the mic (which is about the only thing i loved about xbox, and the fact that multiple profiles could be used on the same console, thats it. stuck to my ps3 cuz of the DS3 which was better for fighters.
@TiberiusJonez @daveb81 Yeah, I haven't had a 360 in years. The multiplayer is world's better? Why? Multiplayer is multiplayer and I couldn't care less about xbox live's features. And last I checked it costs money. Only issue with PS3 multiplayer that I had was the lag in KZ2 and KZ3. The Uncharted series was terrible imo. A poor man's TombRaider. Also, ps plus is world's better than xbox live. I'll take free QUALITY games over features any day of the week.
@TiberiusJonez Dude, I'm about the last person you have to explain the wonders of one button joysticks and Pong to. I may be only 33, but I've loved both pretty equally as the beginning of my gaming addiction.
Thing is, Xbox One has TWO...count 'em...TWO iterations before it that have allowed vertical positioning. In case you missed the amount, I'll repeat it. TWO!! Plus, while Microsoft decided to jump on the console gaming bandwagon AFTER Sony decided it would take over with the Playstation (1), both the PS2 and the PS3 are capable of vertical positioning.
Thus, positioning a system vertically, while not necessarily my cup of tea, has become a standard expectation for people when figuring out the best location for their console.
I would bet you hard-earned American legal tender that when the Xbox One was announced, people looking to buy the system immediately figured out how they would situate it in their wall units, entertainment centers, etc....and at least a fraction of those people planned on placing the unit vertically.
Will this kill their desire to get the Xbox One? Will they cancel their preorders? Probably not. But for folks who have very little space, and not much money for new furniture to reconfigure their gaming space? This will prove a monumental inconvenience.
You shouldn't worry about ME whining, dude. Worry about the people who buy the Xbox One, NOT taking the "doesn't go vertical" issue into play, they shove it into an entertainment system vertically, and start WHINING that the system has problems.
@Harbinger_CR I thought it already is a thing
@Harbinger_CR That would be panda amazing..
@TiberiusJonez If saying I was "whining" was supposed to be a joke, my apologies...saying someone's whining tends to be a bit abrasive on the net, don'tcha know...
Some people live in very small places, it's the truth. I read somewhere once that the majority of Xbox players are (or were) college students. If that's the case, and many of them live in tiny dorms, they need to figure out their space however they can. It behooves Microsoft to accommodate such obvious precedents, and not insist on going backwards.
I did kind of backpedal a tad and acknowledge it may not be a game-changer...but I stand by claim...I know on launch day, some idiots are going to situate their XBox Ones wrong, and get mad at Microsoft. And they need to avoid any more undue negativity.
@cardinalphoenix Wow, you took a joke very seriously. However, an observation... "But for folks who have very little space, and not much money for new furniture to reconfigure their gaming space? This will prove a monumental inconvenience." Some people should really rethink their priorities!!
