Take a side-by-side comparison look on Willow Springs Raceway - Streets with the use of GPS coordinate data transferred from a '13 Scion FR-S with the CAN-Gateway ECU to Gran Turismo 6.

It seems that Forza is competing with GT, but GT isn't competing with anyone. They just do their thing - make most realistic driving sim ever. It's stupid to compare Forza and GT as much as it's stupid to compare guitar hero to rocksmith.
If the took the odometer off the screen you would not be able to them apart.
Cool to see the track is perfectly recreated in game.
All I get from this is that graphics still have a lot of room for improvement. Maybe it's just the needlessly low camera angle and the rather bland environment but I thought I was looking at a PS2 game at first.
Errr I will wait for ps4 magic to come. Thank you but no thank you. Hehe
Motion Blur Crap textures, No Rumble Strips, Where are the Car Models or are 1/2 of them worth looking at. The Fact that Sony try's to play this as a Racing Sim is utter garbage. Arcade with some sim feature yes.
holly shit :O the game looks realistic
the left one is the xbone version?
considering this is on PS3 which is around 7 years old, that looks outstanding. track, sky, and landscape detail puts every other driving game to shame. cant wait to see what they do to GT7 on PS4 will be unreal.
The graphics on this game....................... Wow................
@2tonjunk You should get some glasses
@pongley IN all honestly enviorments of GT games on ps3 were not that great to being with the car modes were much nicer depending on the car too. Graphics have very long way to go to even get close to lifelike (photo realistic) and when I say that I mean What you see with your own eyes in realife
