typical for one industry to make excuses on US - AU price comparisons, by comparing it to the other industry. "well, tv prices are still overpriced in AU, so why would we not keep ours overpriced too.." LAME.. and comparing to the EURO is typical, only cause its at a higher price point.. i guaranteed if the euro was lower than the US, he would be comparing to the US...why is it always corporate greed that screws the consumer.. *sneer* one thing i know. now that the US price is where it is against the AU dollar, unless the government does something about it. I, and i assume 1000s of other gamers will be buying direct from the US, even including exorbitant shipping prices, we will still save money. if the euro price point is where he suggests we look for AU pricing, that will put the vita wifi at about $325AU, if we buy a vita from the US it will be $225... what would u prefer
Apperently the Ps Vita won't vanquih the PSP, like the PS3 and the PS2. Good for Sony, sell the new device with a loss but counting on the old one to fill in the monetary hole.
