Chaox is the man! XD I freaking love Chaox's new attitude! Immature to drink? You aren't even 21 yet Regi! Guarentee once you hit 21 you'll be drinking too! Maybe Chaox drinks because you are such a horrible leader???

These comments are both so fun and so frustrating to read, I mean they don't give you the full story about what is happening. It's a 30 min episode stretched out over a few days, you cant go around making assumptions that regi neither talked or even tried to with Chaox, trying to resolve the problem.

And the thing about Regi taking full responsibility over the decision is more mature than you guys realize, before that at PAX they had all agreed that WilderTurtle was better for them at that moment both as a teammate and a individual player.
When he says to Chaox that it was his decision and his alone, he doesn't tell him that the other 3 agreed with him about kicking Chaox, sure the vote was his decision but it was a team decision.

As for Turtle, I feel he's going to be a better pick for TSM at the moment because this leaves them with Regi making the calls and not 2 people calling out two different things. And because WildTurtle has a different playstyle and championpool that gives the other 4 members and TSM an opportunity to make new strats and champion picks.

Man at the end when Dyrus and Chaox said goodbye to eachother that was strong man Dyrus have the biggest heart of them all from TSM

Its gonna be weird not to see chaox on the team but as Dyrus said that WildTurtle fits their playstyle better then its maybe the best for the team.

I think the decision was very rushed - but then again, Chaox showed no signs of apology or change at that moment. He appeared stubborn and a bit arrogant.

In normal jobs - if you even make one screw up, you CAN be considered a liability.

But damn. That bit at the end with Chaox and Dyrus had me a bit teared up. so sad :(

The real problem is, Reginald said he's benching chaox, and during the weekend chaox clearly understands that he needs to change his attitude, but Regi just decides to go around and ask people about opinions, "turtle or chaox?" and then just decides to kick chaox before they even got home. "the decision has already been made?" Regi hasn't even talk to chaox ALONE to figure things out. THEN WHAT'S THE POINT OF BENCHING? Regi could have just kicked chaox right away. you bench people because you hope that things will workout in the end(if you don't then i really have nothing to say). i bet if turtle didn't do well in the LCS "the decision" will definitely not be made until you get home and actually talk to chaox about how he felt about his actions and how he will change. my point is, if you are teammates with each other for 2 years or so, you should be able to sit down and talk things out CALMLY. not the kind of argument when the both of Regi and Chaox are emotional. If you you don't like chaox to call the plays, sit down with him calmly and tell him "there's too much arguments when the both of us are calling plays that each other don't agree on, so let me call the plays because we used to win games when i call the plays, if you don't like that, you can leave" and stuff like that, say all this CALMLY. im sure anyone would take that better than just yelling at each other across the room. to me i feel like teammates should be even closer oneself rather than friendships, you guys have been together for so long, so all the tournaments you win with chaox are those just garbage to you now? "the team has to move on" move on to where? you are just omitting to face the harsh challenge, and to keep your old teammate fighting along the battles. CHAMPION POOL CAN BE EXPANDED, it's really up to you guys to say if turtle can bring something different to the team, but realistically, you are just tired of arguing and solve problems. teams come up with new comps and strategies, that's just a part of the game, it's not like "i want something different therefore i change the roster" i am very disappointed to see a decision to be made in such a poor condition, although i do understand that Regi is the manager/owner, he gets to do whatever he wanted, but do you ever have FEELINGS with your team? or this is all business? a team won't win games without trusting/loving/accepting your teammates. DYRUS is the only guy that will earn respect in terms of sportsmanship and for being a REAL TEAMMATE/PLAYER. that last talk, regi didn't even bother to listen to how chaox felt like, and forced him to leave on the very same day. i can only say that TSM lost all my respect for being a professional team. from what i see, being professional is just the excuse to make silly decisions .

@fwoda wish this was top comment on sub-reddit so people understand the true meaning of this decision, its easily seen by regi's lack of acting skills.

i feel that the decision of benching chaox was the right one because what he did was indeed unacceptable. when i hear about chaox being kicked off of tsm before this episode came out i was shocked and surprised because i really thought that was prematured . wildturtle did good in lcs no doubt. is he at chaox's lvl ? that something anyone can argue about but if u have 2 great players why would u kick them? i thought that at least at the very least they would have kept chaox as a sub. then i saw this episode and pretty much understood everything. wildturtle is better for the team because he;s fresh but the only reason why chaox was kicked and not put as a sub was because regi wants him gone and thats pretty much it

So I haven't been following everything that has been happening, so I could totally be wrong about all of this but,

After watching just this and Xpecial's video on this situation, the one thing I fail to see is the moment in time where Chaox was sat down by someone from the team and was told "Chaox this has to change because the way things are going you will be removed from the team." Sometimes people need to hear something like that directly to understand the seriousness of the situation. If Chaox was told this and had decided to shape up then he would probably have gone to LCS and his removal wouldn't have been on the table, at least not at this point.

My only real issue with all of this was Chaox being told all of this and being kicked from the gaming house all in just a few hours. I think that is a bit too much, even if you get fired from your job you can at least go home after packing your things. But for Chaox this was his home, and to be kicked out of his home without notice is unfair and that is a fact.

Either way, what's done is done. This must have been tough for everyone since Chaox was essentially told twice about his removal (the first time, and then the second time just for this episode). From the first big League tournament I have been a fan of TSM and have always followed them the best I could and so overall, what's done is done and as fans the most we can do is support all of the players to make this as easy as possible. With that said, I have to say welcome to WildTurtle as he has already started off with an amazing start.

The punishment for messing up at Dallas was getting benched. But before Chaox got to redeem himself, he was kicked. I felt like Chaox messed up badly and what he did was unprofessional, but I felt he was not given adequate time to fix his problems. Basically as soon as TSM started winning during LCS week 6, Reginald started asking if they would pick WildTurtle over Chaox, but the team had just come out of losing horribly to Curse at Dallas, and not performing optimally. Clearly at that time when they were feeling the wind behind their backs, they would opt for a change. I just feel that this decision was extremely rushed. To all those who say it was a business decision. Although this is technically true, listen to what Dyrus says. They are all his best friends. They weren't just a business, they were family. And if you trade friendship for business, then maybe that's why the world is such a messed up place.

@zerwat I agree with almost everything you said including the possible emotional high that may have influenced the decision but I disagree strongly with the "Friendship for business" comment. TSM are friends and maybe even a family-like team but they are also a business and professional team, Regi made it clear at the beginning that everyones job was an unsure thing and even said to Chaox (Albeit during an argument) "We're not friends, We're teammates." and Xpecial said in his vlog "I didn't play League to make friends.". While i'm sure they care about each other deeply they are also a group of athletes who can't let that interfere with their jobs and livelihoods.

@kayosraynes Well I feel like our disagreement on that issue is mostly based on how we view business and the world. I understand that League of Legends is their job and livelihood, so Reginald and Xpecial are perfectly justified to want to see Chaox go from a professional point of view. However after living for two years together, you cannot deny that they are friends. And basically you are sacrificing your friendship for business. And it's ultimately up to anyone to decide whether that's right or wrong. I was merely making a meta-argument, saying that maybe one of the reasons that the world is such a messed up place, is because people are forced to make that choice between business and friends, and that most people choose business.

To loose a word about Wildturtle, he seems to be a nice guy, and they all seem to have much fun there at the tournament. Think he fits rather well in the team. He seem to be kind and I really love dthat grin on his face. ;)

@lionsbaster They have always had conflicting personalities...You just never saw it except for the last few weeks because that is when, Oh I dont know, a show called GAMECRIBS started. Chaox kept messing up over and over. And his TEAM was unhappy with him. Everyone on TSM was fed up with how he was acting and they chose WildTurtle over Chaox.

Sure, they thought it better for Chaox to go, but that does not mean it was going to be easy for them to handle it. Some times in life you have make hard decisions.

All of you are are cry babies. Regi did not arbitrarily kick out Chaox. He asked every member of the team. And you know what? Oddone, Dyrus and Xpecial all chose Wildturtle. That is all it takes. When three guys, who worked with someone for two or more years, immediately pick a person they have worked with for 2 days, that is a clear enough sign.

Regi said, while firing Chaox, that it was only him who made the decision. He said that because he did not want to throw out the names of Chaox's friends who voted him off the team. Regi stepped up, and handled the situation extremely well.

And he wasn't looking into Chaox's eyes, just the same as the rest of the team didn't. Because he felt vulnerable. He was firing a friend he lived with for two years.

So stop pulling out the pity card and riding on emotion. Everything was handled very well.

@ToddCranklefish I wouldn't count "uhhhhhh......yeah........Turtle.......I guess" as a "yes" from TheOddOne. As for Xpecial and Dyrus they both had reasons to keep and get rid of him. Not exactly an unanimous "yes".

@Rawzlekk123 @ToddCranklefish Did you hear ANY of them say "I think we should keep Chaox"? They didn't want to just come out and say WildTurtle loud and proud because they probably felt terrible admitting it. Chaox is clearly a good friend to them and they feel guilty about admitting Turtle may be a better choice for them right now, but they did all admit it. If you are going to deny that, you are terrible at reading social cues and interpreting feelings.

@Rawzlekk123Umm unanimous means all votes go one way. Watch the video again. Xpecial does say yes. And he says it rather quickly.

Sure it was a hard decision for them to make so it was not just them jumping up and down screaming YES YES FK CHAOX. They had to choose between a friend of over two years and a new guy they met 2 days ago. The fact they even deliberated and the decision was so hard for them should be proof enough that the team was feeling it was time for a change.
AND eventually they made the hard choice and chose WildTurtle.

@ToddCranklefish Yo bro, calm down with these in depth responses for trying to justify your points. People are sad and are going to make comments like this. Get over it. Stop wasting your time correcting other people's mistakes when their obviously upset at TSM's decision (although was indeed justified). Thanks.

I cried so much and still crying now ;(.. I really dont want Chaox to leave, never and ever :(, I been loving TSM for over 2 years with Chaox and everyone inside. First Rainman left I felt kinda sad, but everything is fine cuz Dyrus is a pillow troll guy, I love him and I know everyone do too. Chaox, he been in the team for so long and did so many crazy things with the teams. He is one of the best AD Carry too imo. Xpecial+Chaox's lane WAS the best lane I ever love.

Right now everything is just painful for me :(.. so sad :( can't type anymore :(

This is a reality T.V. show. They do not show you everything that happened, only the general idea. From the information that we were given, yes, it looks like Reginald did not perform his duties as team leader very well. It could be argued that Chaox got screwed and in my opinion he did. I think TSM was just on a high after having a brief rush of success from Wildturtle, who did very well.

However I'm not about to get a nerd rage going with myself simply because I don't have all the facts. Nobody truly knows how everything went except TSM themselves and as a team, they made this decision. The team wouldn't let Reginald just boot Chaox even though it is well within Reginald's power to do so. Respect the team's decision or simply stop watching them because as the general populace getting your facts from this show and TSM's Twitter/Facebook, you do not have the required intel to rightfully judge them.

@Yoketa Agreed, for the most part. Reginald is infamous for his immaturity . With this whole Gamecrib situation, Reginald had an opportunity to prove himself as a respectful and mature person. In my opinion he completely bombed. The situation was handled terribly (from what we can see)

@Rawzlekk123 @Yoketa Try and watch it again without getting all choked up and emotional. Thats what I did. And after I calmed my sadness and upset self down, I saw that Regi did what was needed. He asked each member of his team multiple times. And they had a day to even think about it. And Regi made a decision that was informed and influenced by his team members. Regi was being a stiff and strict leader. He did what he to do in order to make a very tough decision.

@ToddCranklefish @Rawzlekk123 @Yoketa It seems we'll have to agree to disagree on certain points.

Ultimately, none of this would have happened if both parties had been a bit more professional and mature.

I usually don't like to indulge in drama, but my frustration level has hit its cap.

The entire situation is thick with immaturity. The inability to work things out between Reginald and Chaox was due to a lack of communication and a lack of desire to ultimately iron the situation out.

The thing that frustrates me the most, though, is that Reginald had the BALLS to pull the "betterment of the business" card. I realize that's not what he said verbatim, but he kicked Chaox out because he didn't like him, not because its better for his "business". He didn't even have the respect to look him in the eyes when he was firing him. Bullshit. Complete BULLSHIT.

You kids need to stop commenting here, seriously.

In the real world you do stupid shit and screw over your co-workers on a job you usually get fired REALLY quickly. It seems that Chaox has been an issue to the WHOLE team for SOME time now, I'm actually siding with the team for this.

I feel like this was in the works. Regi and Chaox havent been getting along. So what, Chaox will move on and will get sniped by another team, hes a great player, its not like his career is over. This was necessary for TSM they have been losing games because of stupid decisions. Wild Turtle will provide a great asset to the team and they will move on.
