Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster - Valentine's Day Trailer

The story, characters and soundtrack to this game are really top notch. Almost unparalleled in the industry I'd go as far as to say.

Remake all these final fantasy games on ps4 I want 7,8 and 10 never played 9 and turn based attacking is a must! The paradigm shift thing was stupid..

X is the best final fantsy I or even my friends of my generation have experienced having to reset the whole faking game just because u missed an aion and can't beat sin without hem or the Samurai aion who has a chance to one shoot everything even the final boss this is just a taste of what this game can offer its a wonder in story gameplay and music don't miss it kids.

None of this, do NOT buy this game. If this game succeeds we will get a dreadful X-3 sequel. If the 2.5 novel is any indication it ruins every single fond memory we have from x.

Having played the original on my PS2, the emulated on my PC and the imported the PS3 so i could play sooner. I'm very disappointed, if you fell in love with the original PS2 version, do NOT buy this remaster! Almost everything breaks the immersion of the game and the feelings the original conveyed to you.

Too few character models were redone and this is too obvious, only the main party members were redone in both games and when you have HD models interacting with SD models, it makes for a very strange experience, i would have assumed at least the Seymour would have been redone or at least reoccurring npc's such as Jetch, Braska and young Auron but no. The environments in 10 look like their PC emulated counter parts leading me to think that they were simply unscaled and not natively rendered in a higher resolution. In 10-2 the environments actually look worse.

Very little work was put into FFX-2 and that is evident :( I was under the impression that 3 long years of work was put into remastering this game and yet every single model has the skin color of a mannequin, expressionless and emotionless faces with eyes that look like they are about to shoot out of their sockets! When you have a heart warming scene between Tidus and Yuna who both look like dolls, it stops being a heart warming scene and becomes a joke where you can't take the characters seriously and can't help but laugh.

On the upside: New soundtrack is good and HD menu's are incredible, CGI per-rendered scenes which all the trailers show are still top notch!

This is so nostalgic, I have always rated the scene in Macalania Forest as one of my top ten moments in video games.
