An excellent point made in this episode; why do PC gamers and console gamers have to go at each other's throat's all the time? In the end we're just all gamers are'nt we?At the end of the day, no one's right because it's a matter of preference (and affordability).

I am not rich but I am an idiot who spends money instead of saves. I own 360, ps3 & built a gaming desktop. I own BF3 for PS3 & PC. It is far more enjoyable on PC because larger teams, better graphics & overall FPS on keyboard FTW. I play anything that is not a shooter on the console. It is far more intuitive and easier to enjoy. I believe the PC market resurrected thanks to MMORPG's. Without them the PC would probably not be where it is now.

<rant>The "mega rich" snippet there is so true. I'd like to own all of the gaming console plus a disgustingly expensive PC. But sadly, i have to choose just one or two from the lot of them or my wallet sue me for rape. Then, when i got to the internet, the guy who can afford all of them tell me to stop being poor and rubs his mega collection of gaming machine along with his claim of having a big private appendage that could get all the girls up my face. I owned all three of the current consoles as well as a gaming PC, now all I have is the Wii because my woman likes it and the PC. I gave the 360 and PS3 to my nephew before he got his PC and now he has that he doesnt touch them much either. I played some of the over hyped exclusives on consoles and honestly they arent nearly as good as console only gamers make them out to be. Furthermore they act like PC doesnt have its own exclusives.

I have owned pretty much every games console and micro-computer since the Atari 2600 and the way console games have changed since the Wii, 360 and PS3 came along is quite drastic. This gen console gaming has become so stagnant and worthless to me that it will be the last time I buy one. Gaming on consoles seems to be all about over hyped lifeless franchises that are designed solely for milking the kids who still play them.

Although PC's can run some games at higher graphics than console, most of the time the only difference between the experience is the screen and controller. I play 360 and dabble in PC, so I know the good and bad of both sides.
The good of console is how cheap it is. $250 console compared to a (at the very least) $700 gaming PC.
The PC is is good because of those games that you can run with higher graphics than console, and modding. You add to the experience of the game easily.

The bad of 360 is that you have to pay for LIVE.
Like I said, the bad of the PC is the cost. Even after you buy the expensive computer, you can only buy new games. You don't get the economics of used games. The only time the savings could be equivalent is during the Steam Summer Sales.
Someone in the video pointed out that PC players are very hostile. I agree with that to an extent. If you don;t know what you're doing , then they are d**ks. But at least you don't have 8 year olds calling you the "N" world every time you play Black Ops/

Both have their merits, but I prefer console (not even going to get into an argument about 360 vs PS3)

It really depends on your needs, if you only want to play games then a console is probably the best way forward. Unless money isn't an issue, then just buy everything and enter gaming nirvana. Lucky bastards.

You get what you can afford. Consoles are great if that is what you can afford, a 1000$ PC has much more capability and a $3000 PC even more. The new consoles An AMD chip and a 21st century graphics chip Etc should be equal to a low priced PC for now. I like my 5760 X 1200 resolution instead of low res 1080p but if a game I want to play is only console available and I have to use a console to play it the experience will be better.

I am just glad that when games are dummed down for consoles that they will not have to be dummed down as much for a few years and console users will have a better experience.

As gamers we all win.

I agree that it's important to have great games an not just high-end machinery. Final Fantasy 7 re-make for Next-Gen an PC...like that will ever happen. The days of hard-core heart felt story based games are over!

IMO this Console VS PC battle is just ridiculous we all AT the end of the day Are Gamers While certain systems have Exclusives to me it doesnt matter i have XBox 360, PS3, & A PC i dont argue about which is better FFS They all play Got damn Games at the end of the day and they all have BIG Flaws
