@julius_deific I was just wondering if you know the difference between Publisher and Developer. Bethesda fronted the the money and resources to the Developer Obsidian to develope Fallout: New Vegas. But Bethesda did both on the last game which was Published and Developed by them. Now if you were making a point about the DLC's for New Vegas than sorry for my point cause I do not really follow DLC but I do believe that would developed by the team that Developed it and the Publisher has the distribution rights for DLC.
@nixtd No, but they are both developed by Bethesda Softworks and there seems to be a trend for this developer in an increase in glitches for their games though I will say they are getting more and more creative and I still enjoy their games regardless.
JosephSemons1 you are wrong games should not be as bugie as fallout new vagas. As the player you should not have to be worried about saving every 10 secs just so u can get through some stupid glitch. You should be worried about saving every 10 secs so u can get what u want not to avoid or try to pass through some bug. This game has a rediculous amount of bugs. Some of them are different then others. theres a lot to contend with and there shouldn't be that many bugs. its a good game once u get passed all the bugs. Games shouldn't be this buggie. Yeah I do agree that the game is what it is. should I be happy with that or should i be up set that it's not what it could have been?? Imagein it with out so many bugs. I'm just saying.
Well JosephSemons1, what yuo say is true it is part of the Fallout landscape. I just got over most of them and I always contuine to play Fallout games. The one I think you have to watch is when a campion will not fast travel with you and you cannot switch them out. Overall one of the best games, is the Fallout storyline. I do not play it for gameplay.
bugs bugs bugs u guys need to get over it they r here and they r not going anywhere. just save ur game all the time. that is the key to get past the bugs. yes the load times get longer but its worth it in the long run. and some times u got to go back and hour or 2 to get rid of the glitch in ur saves but if u want to have the best exp, posible thats what u got to do. so i f ur woried abour graphics or bugs these types games r not for u.......
@RECONJON thanks for letting me know that i can finally buy Fallout NV being waiting a while for the bugs to be fixed
looks fun, but i played New Vegas for only 49 hours til i put it down. i couldn't WAIT for FO3's DLC, but i can handle waiting for the GOTY edition next November-ish. can't wait for FO4.
@meathead86 you aren't missing anything but a whole lot of heartache! This DLC is PURE FRUSTRATION AND CRAP!! What a mess of broken garbage it is!!
@rpgnutt They recently released a patch that dealt with most of the problems. Which is why I've added New Vegas to my xmas list! ;)
Fallout 3 DLC was oh so lame save for Broken Steel and Point Lookout. Best weapons and quests were found in the main game anyway.
To bad I traded it in already...i could have dealt with the glitching accept for the fact that one in particular glitch made it so I can't progress the story line at all...
Most of the glitches have been sorted out, i've found a lot that have now disappeared since updating it with the patch they released. Some major ones are now no longer an issue, but there are still a few. However this update and patch, should push the rating for New Vegas from 7.5 to at least 8.0 or even 8.5
@SolidSizzle i dont think 1 patch is gonna do anything since its a big open world game they need some 4 its glitching, freezing and many more things ppl that played this could think of
Not sure I want to buy this considering Fallout NV still isn't working right after the patch... Has anyone else had an improvement?
They copy this from saw the video game although it looks pretty cool i like it i think fallout new vegas is the best fallout yet so i hope this franchise never dies.
Fallout 3's DLC were relatively good compared with other similar open world DLCs (Mafia II). I will probably get this...no wait I have have NV on PS3, I will get it a year later then.
Kids on GS are mad dumb. You are aware that they fixed over 200 glitches/bugs since the patch. There's pretty much no gamebreaking glitches,& it's runs so smooth now. You're oblivious if you think otherwise
This looks pretty interesting, but the fact that if your companions die you die is probably going to ruin it.
@chambiko, yes on the ps3 version at least (can't comment for the others, haven't played!) I highly recommend! Fantastic game
Looks good, but i get the Dejavu that came with Operation Anchorage. It wasn't the best of the DLC's for Fallout 3, and it improved from then on with the next four. I think this will be the same case here with Dead Money, not great but good enough to start the chain of forthcoming DLC's for New Vegas. Come on Bethesda, look at the quality of Broken Steel, The Pitt and Point Look Out for Fallout 3 and recreate the same quality for NV.
are the concle verisons glitched i loved every second of the pc version?im on my second playthrogh last time i beat with yes man but now siding with ncr
i have the feeling that the voice we are hearing is actually the elder from the brotherhood of steel that disappeared after the fall of the helios-one station and the dam, i think his name was elijah, its just a theory for those persons that cant see the possible relation with the in-game main theme.
