Look LIONHEAD STUDIOS how about a difficult option!!! cause the game difficulty is easy how about let the player choose...
Man this game is awesome, fable and gable 2 were such awesome games, I cant wait to play this. And for those who are new to FABLE you dont need to play the first and the second parts, to understand what is what, and I higly recomend to try the FABLE games. MAN THIS GAME IS SO AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@jirf I agree with your post, I also would like to point out that I usually play as a suck-up then sneakily kill or extort people and get away with it because of my renown.
From my experiences with moral choices in games, I must say that it's not so much "Good vs. Evil" but more like "Suck-up vs. Total bastard". I have no problem with this being the case but acting like a total d**k-head isn't really evil, evil is being a nice guy upfront and then cleaning the babies from between your teeth when no one is looking. No one seems to notice that, has no one seen "The Usual Suspects"? Has Kevin Spacey taught us nothing with his deciet?
@Roland_123 Gameinformer said TFU2 shared a weak story with the original, just to clarify. I thought the story in TFU was pretty cool. A lto better than the prequels, not that that is saying much. I did have a problem with the targeting, but I haven't tried the demo yet, so I hope you are right saying they fixed it up. Nothing worse the force lightning-ing (sp) a piece of debris, while 4 storm troopers shoot you from three feet away. Anyways, nice to see someone who can disagree w/o resorting to name calling. Hope TFU2 is sick, just a bit nervous it wont be...
@TheHappyCamper the story was the strongest point of the first TFU, and it was AMAZING.... far better story than all 3 prequels put together. based on the demo, there is nothing wrong with the targeting... it is much better than the first games. i dunno what the worlds problem is, the worlds in the first game were pretty damn cool.
@chainsawscourge The song is Young Men Dead by The Black Angels. You On the Run by them sounds a bit the same but is a lot better.
I picked up some tips from Niccolo Machiavelli's guide to "Come into power and stay in power." The makers said its basically "realistic ruling" so if thats true, i'm gonna colonize the hell out of every place I can.
@Roland123_basic Call it a hunch. I just read GameInformer's reviews of TFU2, and they gave it either a 7.5 or a 7.75 (i forget which). Problems they mention: Horrible targeting (again), horrible story (again), and boring worlds (again). I just have a feeling Fable 3 is going to follow suit, a not make any improvments on a game that (being honest) needs some. Still, I enjoyed the first Fables, and to some extent the first TFU so I would love to be proven wrong.
@TheHappyCamper .......wut? TFU2 AND fable 3 both look to vastly improve on their earlier versions.... TFU2 especially... both are going to be excellent games... wth are you going on about?
wow, this and SW:TFU2 both in one day? October 26th can just be called the day of disappointing sequels.
@LightninLew "best trailer i have ever seen, great music, great graphics, and everything else about it, great!" ...apparently you have never seen the "meet the spy" team fortress 2 trailer!
i have seen a version of this to T-rex's children of a revolution and it sucks! without the black angels this trailer just doesn't work.
hmmmm well huh yeeeaaaahh well......ummmm hrmmmmmm yea..... Sweet baby jesus lay your egg and let it hatch on the 26th in my HANDS!
@BelmontWolf he means like if you are taking your wife ( in fable 2) and some bandits come they would kill her fast soooo he is hopping that guards or whatever wont kill people in your army as easily as that
Pity this got delayed - I was really looking forward to this one. But I'd rather wait for the PC version than get a bad port. I just can't convince myself that the x-box is worth the money. Especially when most games look better on PC anyway. Oh well, "Good thing come to those who wait." - right? I certainly hope so...*cross fingers*
