EA's Gamescom Press Conference in 5 Minutes
Want to know what EA is up to at Europe's biggest trade show? Guy and Chris break it down for you.
EA = E... A... - there are many more variations in the media and in the video game industry. But, I shan't repeat those. Instead, little redundant info on pronounciation. "Palladium". Pallas (from the Greek: Παλλάς) was the daughter of Triton. Acting as a foster parent to Zeus’s daughter Athena, Triton raised her alongside his own daughter. During a friendly fight between the two goddesses, Athena was protected from harm by Zeus but mortally wounded Pallas. Out of sadness and regret, she created the PALLADIUM, a statue in the likeness of Pallas. And Germans follow the Greek/Roman languages like everyone else around the globe ... except the Anglo-Saxons (as in English native speakers). Brits & Yanks alike use "A" sounds like "aiye" while the rest of the world says it like "A" like in ("Eye"). Basically, I'm sayin' to you - catch up with the rest of us non-(former) Commonwealthians ;)
