(•_•) I'd say this next gen demo really ( •_•)>⌐■-■ Closes the door on the current systems.(⌐■_■) yeeeahhhhhh
Division Awesome, Infact every game every detail, Absolutely cool... Next gen, I'm waiting for my PS4 to get home.
He closed the ****** door! They should have him see a quarter on the ground and pick it up and smile.
Lets be honest, Wii U sucked so much compared to the other consoles that Nintendo decided to launch it before the other consoles so they didnt have to compete against them, same for E3, they didnt feature it so as to not be compared.
This gen is PS4 vs XBOX One, but XBOX One is much more costly because of the accesories not being optional..... so... yeah...
Killzone will be running faster than 30fps... If it wasn't it would look laggy as hell, and actually if you look up at the sky you could probably get the fps past 70.
What is MS going to do now that used/rented games can be played on the XB1? I ask this because the games on XB1 have to be copied to the HDD, so now that the DRM has been lifted won't it allow you to just rent a game from Red Box or something then copy it and it's yours for $2 for as long as you don't delete it. So many people were saying that MS was trying to look out for devs, but now it seems that MS has screwed over the devs more then any company in the history of gaming with the XB1 if it is released with the features it currently has (I guess they really didn't care about the devs after all.) This makes me wonder what will MS do if anything to fix this problem? They could maybe make it so you have to leave the disc in to play it, but that takes away all of the family plan features, or they might just have to reinstate the DRM. If MS makes it so easy to steal games then it could cost developers and publishers millions, which would leave them no choice but to stop making games for the XB1. Maybe someone out there knows what MS is doing about this, if you do please post a response, or if you have a theory on what they will do please share.
Now I know why Xbox one exclusive games looked good at E3 because they used a PC, with a Nvidia GTX 770 or 780 card and windows 7. But PS4 ran on its own hardware at E3. Xbox one's hardware cannot be compared to a GTX 780 or GTX 770, so why not a use comparable hardware? Do games like Forza motorsport 5 looked visually good because of PC. See the below link for proof,
I LOL'd when Seb cussed the door-closing antic of The Division: EXACTLY my reaction! Holy mother of all things good!
Will buy a PS4 simply because of The Division, The Crew, Watchdogs and Witcher 3 to start with! Great time to be a game-lover! I wish I could play FPS games more without having the need to throw up due to motion-sickness, as BF4 looked phenomenal.
Killzone would have been better off on PC but ohh well , to be honest Forza and the division look so amazing , one of the few reasons I would get a Xbox One although BF4 just looks better on console , not very big improvements on the PC(Grahpics wise) and to be honest , we already have some amazingly textured games that blew my mind when I first saw them, like Crysis III , that game is truly advanced(graphics wise), some developers should learn a thing or two from it.
You know, I'm excited for the new systems ( PS4), but honestly the graphics aren't a massive leap or anything from our last generation systems. Don't get me wrong, it looks great. But honestly, shouldn't we be getting more??
Watch Dogs is both innovative and Looks Incredible!!
it's on my top 3 list with The Division, and Destiny.
at least for the PS4.
for PC there are too many to say here.
I never paid that close attention at the Division gameplay, but now I am more excited than ever for these new door closing antics
That bf4 clip looked almost too blockbuster, almost to the point where it looked kind of obnoxious.. just a bunch of like flashing lights and neon glowing crap and shiny crap
I wonder if the xbox one games will still look the same when they actually play them off the console and not a pc running a gtx 780 like at e3.
3:16 I totally agree. When I saw how seamlessly he closed that door, holy f*****g crap! That game better have all the cars with opened doors or else I'm not buying. Ok, trolling a bit there, but the real step to the next gen is having better immersion, and one way to do that is have a ton of little details that have no effect on overall gameplay, but make the world more believable and real-like.
So far nothing I've seen here matches the impressive detail i saw in last years star wars 1313 gameplay demo and thats because that was running on a "true" Next gen Engine. all these are just a bunch of optimized UE 3 Standardized kits (I'm talkin to you EA for just reharshing your current gen engines >Frostbite and CryENGINE and pretending like its something completely new)
@VastGameMaster Hows this for ya? meme enough
(•_•) I'd say this next gen demo really ( •_•)>⌐■-■ Closes the door on the current systems.
@Klyern Obviously Wii U isn't more powerfu than ps4 and xbox one, but what it showed at e3 and the Nintendo Direct was pretty damn surprising, And if it sucked it would be Less powerful than Xbox 360 and PS3 which it isn't If it displays nice HD graphics at 1080p it doesn't suck, So it you wanna call anything sucky call an xbox 360 and ps3 more sucky since it is less powerful the Wii U, what wii u can display will pretty much surprise you.........have you seen the "X" trailer during the nintendo direct ...........That knocked some PS and MS fanboys off there feet and it showed what Wii U is capable of and if that has'nt even shown what WII U can do I can't imagine what it can display for what the console is
@FuzzyPancakes So you must be a developer that worked on the game. how else would you know better than this site. I mean they are only in the business of reporting news fairly and accurately so how else could you possibly know better?
Either that or you are some stupid pathetic Sony fanboy who is desperately trying to defend the PoS (Piece of Shit, it's PS for a reason) 4 because he realizes that NOT ONE PS4 exclusive made any "Best of E3" list where Titanfall, the X1 exclusive won just about every 'bext of E3' award.
I just found an article that answers my questions, It seems that now the XB1 no longer has the family and friends lending anymore, also you will need to have the disc loaded in order to play, so there will be no lending or sale of downloaded games ever, so basically it will be just like the PS3 or 360 is today. That was one of the key features that made it so called "innovative," so I hope all the people who are buying the XB1 for this feature find this out. I have read many posts on these forums with people talking about how their looking forward to this digital sharing feature so I hope MS starts to advertise their changed features before people get stuck with it. Oh well whatever I'll be going with the PS4 anyway.
@victorcomAnd look what the article says: "none of this should be a surprise to most people given that ALL E3 demos run their games on high-end PCs;...IT'S JUST COMMON PRACTICE [from most studios] given that the dev kits or comparable specs aren't usually finalized at this point."
So in other words, IT MEANS NOTHING. You sound like a desperate Sony fanboy
@Dj366 That's why it wasn't even mentioned....
@maybock3000 The graphics of this gen are so good, you can't make as big a leap as you could in the past. Graphics are approaching photo-realism that just can't be improved much more.
@maybock3000 but you are comparing like 6th generation programming to 1st gen programming not only that what you see when you actually play it is way better think about it these games are running in compressed 720p video but games will look much better at uncompressed realtime in 1080p.
do think its isnt try try looking at some fo the games you have that you think are good looking forza 4 for exanple looks crap on video but in front of you on your console looks hmmmm lovely
@mike9876543210 An SSD would help with that tremendously
@mike9876543210 amen dude.
@RuthlessRich That was hilarious XD but when you think about it though, there's nothing more stupid than playing a game where your character just walks into the door to open it lol.
@Super_Maajka No it won't, that door is the only one you can interact with among 50 that you can't, everything is scripted, don't be another Ubisoft's innocent victim, it's a trailer they sell.
This is what I hate about Ubisoft, there were "many" interactions in ACIII as well... ended up like sh** and I was a big fan of AC, I just hope they will keep their promises about Watch dogs, at least!
@caloc , the difference between hardware is almost insignificant and the only thing that that 8GB GDDR5 would help you with is the loading time and how many monitors the device can take.
@ffspyda Do u know this for a fact? And if so, how? Are you a developer? Too many people talk out of their ass on this site. Are you one of them?
@vatorus @FuzzyPancakes Titanfall is actually just a timed exclusive. The developers have never denied this statement and they censored PS4/PS3 dev kits from an interview video which was filmed inside their studio. But as every other game ever published, Titanfall will be best on PC. Not on any underpowered xbone or ps4
@abehpfan well think even more impressed when you actually play it bearing in mind there not finished
