The premise sounds just like DR3, which I'm happy for. I really liked the look of DR3, but I'll be missing out on it because I won't be getting an Xbone. Hopefully this will be a good substitute.

So we've got an open world zombie game much like Dead Island, with the addition of uber-zombies inspired by Blade II's uber-vampires, Mirror's Edge's parkour, inFamous 2's electric fork, music from Woodkid (how dare they!), and the screen-tearing of Assassin's Creed?

I should've stuck my initial gut-reaction and stopped watching as soon as I heard Techland.

Looks like Dead Island: Parkour Edition. Not that that is a bad thing, I just hope they fixed the... quirks in Dead Island's core gameplay before adding on the freerunning mechanic.

Dead Island got a lot of flak, and there are certainly good reasons people were critical of it, but the core gameplay was a lot of fun and playing with friends was a blast despite its shortcomings. Hopefully this will be a more refined and polished game. Definitely keeping an eye on this.

I loved Dead Island and Dead Island Riptide. Especially, when you add manual controls and are able to target specific limbs. Can't wait for this one.

Sounds like it's going to be good. I liked the Dead Island games, so I'm looking forward to this one. There were elements in the Dead Island games that had a lot of room for improvement. I'm hoping they get those things nailed down in this one. If they do, it should turn out great.
